Excellent toothbrush I love my sonicare toothbrush. It’s awesome

Great quality. It comes with three different brush heads, glass container charger and a very practical holder to place the tooth brush while is not charging, I love the plastic brush head covers. The vibration takes care of all the cleaning with very little effort. I don’t like that the toggle button is very sensitive so you kind of have to twist your hand a little to turn the brush when you are trying to reach the back molars so you don’t touch the button.

The Bluetooth functionality makes this a must have to maintain optimum oral health. Different brushes automatically identified via Bluetooth sensors. Makes it easy to send your information to your Dentist also. You are also able to purchase additional accessories. Sensors also tell you when you need to change your brush head.

I highly recommend this toothbrush with its multiple settings that really leaves your teeth smooth and shiny!

What an impressive, feature packed, re-chargeable toothbrush, with technology you can use for better daily, oral health care. I love how this unit is designed to visibly provide you an effective, real-time evaluation of your brushing and tooth cleaning regimen using your smartphone. The long-term oral health benefits far outweigh its price point. Each sonic toothbrush head contains Bluetooth 'smart sensors' for pressure, location, and scrubbing. There are four preset cleaning modes and three intensity settings. However, I can easily customize any setting to my individual needs and comfort level. It is ruggedly-built and feels like it is coated with a non-slip material for easier gripping. This unit provides me an in-home dental-assistant, of sorts, through the Philips Sonicare app, which steers me to use the correct method for more thorough cleaning and healthier teeth. The Philips Sonicare app is available to download Free for Android and IOS smartphones. After downloading the app I was directed to set my product, 'profile' and pair my Sonicare Handle with my Android smartphone. Bluetooth pairing with the Sonicare was simple and prompted by the app. All I have to do now is set up my smart phone in a convenient spot so I can visually see what the app is displaying as I clean my teeth. This app provides me with so much valuable information: It allows me to visually and actively use my smartphone to monitor my teeth cleaning and provides an automatic, timer for me to switch to another section of my teeth, indicating the next section to clean. It tells me if I am not cleaning my teeth thoroughly enough and recommends additional cleaning indicating those particular teeth and areas, which need it. Allows me to set personal oral hygiene goals, like plaque removal, teeth whitening, fresh breath, and gum health, and, to customize my own individual, oral hygiene goals. It gives me a Progress Report on the coverage of my teeth, pressure, scrubbing, and up to 180 days of use. It also prompts me as to how many more sessions I may have left using that particular brush head. The app allows me to set brushing session reminders for my back teeth (molars) – I can select a 'start' location, upper right, then upper left; lower left, lower right. It also lets me set reminders for mouth rinse and tongue cleaning. It uniquely allows me to focus on particular areas of my teeth, which are prone to plaque, bleeding, gum recession, and dreaded cavities. I can save that information and the intuitive cleaning app concentrates on those areas that need special attention. How cool is that? What does this Philips Sonicare HX9903/11come with? Since I go to my dentist for cleaning and check-ups twice a year, I'm always told after-the-fact, what areas I should have been cleaning better or concentrating on. The greatest advantage of this Philips Sonicare DiamondCleanSmart 9300 is that it allows me to be more preventative and motivated towards my daily, oral hygiene. Instead of having to wait six months to have my dentist point out the areas I should have cleaned better, the Philips app is now my personal home, dental-assistant, guiding me, daily and accordingly. My goal is too follow the app's recommendations and, of course, provide my teeth with better overall care and avoid costly dental expenses. WooHoo! In my wildest dreams I never thought an app based sonic toothbrush would ever benefit me. I am now a 'believer'. After only three days of daily, twice-a-day use, my mouth feels like I recently visited my dentist' office for a scheduled cleaning. WoW! Although they are pricey, I plan to buy several of these units as Christmas gifts, mainly to my Grand Children. To me, it is so obvious, that this Philips Sonicare DiamondCleanSmart unit would make a fantastic gift for any occasion, and, to anyone you think would benefit from better oral health care. I highly recommend this unit and give it a resounding five-stars – ten if it were on the scale. I have never felt more confident about my oral hygiene since I have used this Philips Sonicare unit. The Philips Sonicare Toothbrush- DiamondClean Smart Included- The Sonicare smart toothbrush, 3 interchangeable brush heads, 1 charging station with glass, travel case, and 2 year warranty that can be extended 6 months if registered online. After unwrapping the package that was carefully packed, I downloaded the free Philips Sonicare app. This app will help you consistently and thoroughly care for your mouth. It works with your toothbrush to monitor your progress on coverage, pressure and scrubbing as you brush. It automatically times you to show you how long you've brushed with an ultimate goal of 2 minutes. With a simple tap it will also track your flossing, mouth rinsing and tongue cleaning if you choose. You can use a preset goal or customize one for what you want to focus on. The app will monitor the usage on the brush heads and alert you when it is time to replace them. You can even shop for Sonicare products in the app. And it has the ability to prepare a progress report of your oral health activity to share with your dentist. As for the toothbrush itself, it's very sleek. Mine is all white, which I love. The handle is very comfortable to hold. There are 2 buttons, the top one for power and the bottom to switch between different brushing modes. I love that you can interchange the brush heads for a customized session. One is for plaque control, one is for advanced gum care and one is for stain removal to brighten and whiten teeth. The charging station is also very classy. The glass fits perfectly on the silver stand and when the cord is plugged in, the toothbrush will charge right through the glass. It will be so easy to clean by throwing the glass in the dishwasher so it doesn't get grimy like some of the other Sonicare stands do. And I love the travel case that fits the toothbrush and 2 heads. My family never takes their Sonicares on trips because we don't have a convenient way to pack it all up and this helps solve that problem for me. When I go to brush, I pop open the app and it finds my toothbrush. With a touch of a button it pairs up and syncs as long as your toothbrush's lights are on. The diagram shows you the path it would like you to brush and what area to concentrate on. It will move around your mouth in sections. I am able to somewhat customize the direction you move around the mouth. It wants to go in some sort of circle, clockwise or counterclockwise. I would personally like to see more options so I can break it down into more choices so I could pick exactly what order I want to do. I like to go left to right on the top and bottom and not around. Once you're done, it will show you in a diagram what areas should get more attention, so you can go back right away and touch up or concentrate on it more the next time. The one setback I see is that I sometimes don't remember to bring my phone with me into the bathroom. I'm not sure how many people already do that so if you're like me it might get some getting used to get in to that routine. I'm totally impressed with this Sonicare Toothbrush. My entire family already owned one and this is my first. I can see why everyone I've ever heard talk about Sonicare have only had good things to say about them. It's great to get immediate feedback while brushing. My teeth always feel super clean.

Easily the best toothbrush I have ever used. At first I thought: brushing with an app, have they gone too far? The answer is no! The app works great and it really lets you know when your teeth have been properly cleaned. I am definitely brushing longer (which is always a good thing) due to the app and my teeth feel renewed every time I use this brush. It comes in a fantastic case, includes several heads for different focuses, and the charging station/glass is super cool. It is pricey, definitely the most expensive brush I have ever owned. But I have no doubt it is doing a great job on my teeth. It is strange to say this, but I am actually looking forward to my next dental appointment to confirm what I feel every time I use this brush, that it is doing a fantastic job and keeping my teeth and gums in great shape..

This is my third Sonicare Toothbrush, the Technology and Design in the 9300 DiamondClean Smart System is beyond what I would have imagined in a toothbrush. When taking the 9300 Toothbrush System from the box for the first time it was obviously a tremendous leap forward in brushing technology. The appearance of the handle and feel of the handle is inviting, you can see right away that is a top of the line appliance. The accessories that come with the brush as well are thoroughly thought out, one of my favorite is the Charger with the Clear Glass Holder/Base, the charger holder/base looks as any drinking glass you would find in the kitchen. Why my enthusiasm for the base, that is quite simply being a clear glass you know when you need to clean the charger base. Plus, it looks wonderful sitting on the counter, designer even. Carrying case is a leap ahead from my older plastic holder cases, it as well has the designer appeal and the handle and two brush heads fit easily and snug. Great for the traveler. Personally, I am a Gadget Person and have a home full of them to prove the point. Was a bit taken back and amused to find when I first set my 9300 DiamondClean up that I had to Update the Firmware in the toothbrush! Have updated everything from mainframe computer systems to kid’s gadgets, but never imagined the day I would be upgrading the programming of a toothbrush. Was at first “smiling” at the idea of having my toothbrush communicate (Bluetooth) with my cell phone. First thought was it was another IoT that had gone too far, question being why would I want my toothbrush to talk to my phone app. Have come up with two exacting reasons why after using the system, first being it is highly accurate detecting every tooth you have brushed and the duration. If like me you will simply find that you can develop a better brushing routine that will reward you with healthier teeth and gums by following the App’s Directions, really it works. Second answer is that if you have children, who love anything computer will jump at the chance to brush their teeth while watching their progress on the phone’s app. It is a Great Guide and will likewise benefit your Children’s Health for many Decades to come. One of my favorite aspects to this system is that I find myself stopping by more frequently for a quick touch up brushing during the day. The system is loaded with advanced tech and provides a broad spectrum of health care for your teeth and gums. Changing from different cleaning modes, Clean, White, Gum Health, and Deep Clean is a simple selection on the handle as you brush. Now for my favorite aspect of this Brushing System, I have simply never had any toothbrush clean my teeth so thoroughly. You realize that after the brush and it feels Wonderful.

Full disclaimer, I've never owned a powered or smart toothbrush till this one and now that I've had the pleasure of using one I’m not sure if I could ever go back. I’ve been extremely pleased with the Sonicare DiamondClean. Everything from the packaging, design, setup, and daily usage is well thought through. Right out of the box it comes with everything I could ever imagine needing besides replacement brushes. Philips includes a nice thick glass for rinsing which stacks neatly on top of the wireless charging pad – you’ll set your toothbrush base in the glass when not in use. Also included is a nice white clamshell case for travel, which holds the brush and two different heads. No space for the charger in this case, but unless you are traveling for more than a couple weeks, you should need it. Philips does sell a case with a USB charger if this is something you need. The brush itself is balanced nicely, well built, intuitive. Pressing the power button will pull you right into a brushing session. The brush session type is automatically selected based on the head you are using – if you want to change this the second button below will let you manually do this or change intensity during a brush session. I’ve talked about how intuitive and thoughtful the design of this brush is and it really shines when you’re brushing. After you have setup the brush with the app you can see all the data about your brush handle and the attached head. The app is the best I’ve seen in a “smart” product. Since the brush uses BLE, you don’t have to mess with any pairing nonsense. If you have the app open and turn the brush on, it will switch right into the coaching mode showing you what sets of teeth you should be focusing on. It divides a 2 minute brushing session into 6 parts, left-front-right for the top and bottom of your mouth. Vibration cues will let you know to move to the next one (this is also displayed in the app). The app will tell you if you are brushing too fast or (when enable) if you are applying too much pressure. It also keeps track of how long and thoroughly you brush in each section of your mouth. If you noticeably miss a section, it will inform you at the end of the 2 minute session to go back and touch up. If you have issues like bleeding gums, plaque build up or cavities, you can mark focus areas in the app which will tailor the cleaning session to these concerns. The notification light at the bottom is minimal and will warn you with a purple flash if you are applying too much pressure which is helpful when you are flying solo without the app. The light also illuminates when you set the handle in the mounted glass to charge. For most smart devices the app usually feels like a gimmick, but in this particular case the implementation makes a lot of sense and is actually very helpful. You can also monitor the health of your brushes, which will last approximately 180 brush sessions. Philips also allows you to order new ones directly from the app. Overall Philips has a developed a home run product. If you are in the market for a toothbrush of this caliber, the smart features and coaching make it all the more worth it with very intuitive and thoughtful integration. Very pleased with this product.

This is my second one as my battery died on the last one. This upgraded model is a massive improvement. The charge stays longer. It feels like it’s more powerful so you get a much better clean. Love it! I bought the extended warranty, just in case the battery dies.

This new Philips Sonicare DiamondClean is quite impressive. The rechargeable handle allows you to toggle between three different power levels while the toothbrush is on - and when the toothbrush is off you can toggle between four different brushing styles. The brushing styles are designed to accompany different brush heads - and the appropriate action is initially selected automatically based on which brushing head you choose but you can change that selection manually afterward. The toothbrush charges when you set it inside the included glass tumbler (which sits on the actual charging unit). The only complaint I have about this entire system is that the tumbler is actually made of glass and could break if it ever fell on a tile floor. Also included is a well-designed carrying case that fits the handle and two heads. And in the interest of making everything "smart," you can pair the toothbrush with an app that literally summarizes/critiques how your brushing session goes (I was not interested). But as soon as you turn on the toothbrush, you can tell how powerful it is - it sounds like a well-tuned little orbital sander. It isn't abusive to teeth or gums, but my teeth haven't felt this smooth since the last time I had them cleaned.

This is the BEST toothbrush I have ever had. It is very pricey so I only got it because of the discount it was at but after using it a lot, I can see why it’s the price it is. The app it uses with the brush is very helpful. It also tells you the minimum time you need to brush your teeth and what sides of your teeth. The different brush settings are also nice and the charger is VERY nice quality!!

Loved my toothbrush! It has what I wanted. If there’s too much pressure, a light will light up at the base of the toothbrush. I think this one doesn’t have the light to indicate when you should reduce motion (moving it too much) but the app does let you know to reduce motion. It comes already with the 2 year warranty I believe so you don’t need to purchase it separately and it works out just in case it stops working before those two years for whatever reason. I just recently bought mine and the only thing I would do differently is not let it get too wet. Mine makes a noise (sometimes) but I think it may have to do with the water but I’ll keep using it since it works fine and hopefully I won’t run across any problems but just in case I do, the 2 year warranty keeps me unworried.

This purchase has been a huge disappointment. I have had several electric toothbrushes and used them for years but this one started acting up several months after my purchase (3-4 months) and now (9 months) it stopped working altogether.

I honestly couldn't justify spending $300+ dollars on a toothbrush, so I returned it. If it was a bit more affordable, I would spend the money in a heart beat. The experience was wonderful for the most part. Only gripe I have is it is kind of loud. However, that is because it cleans your teeth really well; so of course it's going to be a bit loud. I had also made the mistake of opening my mouth to see my teeth for a moment, and toothpaste went flying everywhere from the sheer speed of the brush. Just make sure your mouth is closed! (: There is also an app that allows you to connect your brush to your phone via Bluetooth. For the non-tech folks out there; you can ignore that part. You don't have to connect it in order for it to work as intended!
