The people that came out to set up my TV and receiver did not apper to be very knowlegable on what they were doing and did not explain anything to me. I suggest they have more training before they are sent to do a job.

It was a clean and efficient job to mount however connecting the cable and or internet did not go as smoothly. The guy “ran out of time” and I was left hanging to troubleshoot on my own

The guys were great - helpful/knowledgeable, but TV is slanted and they didn’t show me how to micro-adjust or get into the back.

I need to have them come back out because they didn't finish setting up properly. The tech was very concerned about getting out to meet his friends. He talked on his phone while he was set up which is why he forgot to set the time and wireless on my soundbar.

It was supposed that they were going to install my tv in 5 days, a week later they never arrived, they called me and they gave me another appointment, a week more and they never came, they wanted to make another appointment. I cancelled it

The sound bout was hung crooked . It hits the tv . And the cables were hidden behind a plastics that is also crooked . Looks horrible and it was $200 to mount it . I could have saved my money and did it my self

Expecting a geek squad van to show up. Instead they sent me a 3rd party sub contractor in a plain white van. Very hesitant about this! Did a poor job that had to be corrected by a real geek squad employee!
