This game is still one of the most amazing fighting/survival game in spite of how old it is. When you think about such a camera angle style you will think "uh, another boring game", but when you play you can't stop being addicted to it....and it's really amazing the way your enemies keeps attacking on and on. About the weapons....what shall I say? You really enjoy blasting off your enemies with the amazing variety of weapons that you discover one after another....In a very simple words: this is a game that you would love to play everyday, KILL 'ME ALL !!

Great game for a teenage boy. My son passed this game in one day but still plays it.

Another sequel to Red faction with lower price is not bad for the fans.

Great graphics and fun to use weapons. There aren't many people online anymore for multiplayer but the single-player campaign was worth it to me. It took about 8 hours to beat.

Ok, I got this game just because I loved Red Faction Guerilla and thought that this game would be just as good. Well unfortunately its not the best game I have ever played. They have totally left the realm of GTA sandbox map to Call of Duty/Gears of War 3rd person shooter. First off this game is VERY point A to point B. There is little room for exploration or movement that doesn't just lead you down the path to the next set of missions. Honestly this game had the feel of Call of Duty and Gears of War mixed. Now there is a "Talent Tree" so that you sort of get the feel of a RPG but its also very limited. I had the feeling that you were sort of being pushed to select certain things, which would make the game a whole lot easier. Wave after Wave of aliens, there is not a place I could go in this game where you did not get attacked by something! The story did not even have time to continue because of the constant attack of aliens! Honestly I have to say that game was really a waste of my time. I mean the missions always started out the same way "someone is being killed/attacked and we need your help". Yeah no imagination what so ever. Overall if you get this game you will play it for a few hours then set it aside because its really no fun to play. I would suggest a rent first buy later attitude.

Just to preface my comments and ratings this game is in no way simular to to previous version, other than destruction which is awesome. Pros: Fun game Awesome Graphics Fun weapons and special abilities Destruction and reconstruction is awesome Cons: The multiplayer is a little weak but the main story is well worth it I've played through this game twice and it was well worth purchasing.

It aint a bad game. I like all shooter games. Renting it from red box is a better deal for a night. See if you like it first.

Red Faction: Armageddon is a good game it moves kind of fast, but ultimately it is still good. I enjoyed the game very much

I bought this game for the competitive multiplayer just to find out it wasn't there and probably will not be an add-on the campaign compared to Red Fraction: Guerrilla not as fun because it not a open ended world.

Gameplay is passable. There is nothing special about this installment to the series. There are MUCH better games out to spend your money on. Pass on this one even at the low price point.

Not nearly as entertaining as the original, the game play on this made me nauseous. The controls are also really hard to manage. Not user friendly at all.
