This microwave is very good and works well. I highly suggest getting it if considering a new microwave.

All in all nice unit. Only issue is that the fan does not do a very good job drafting/pulling the air, steam, etc. when using the stove as this is an over the range microwave.

Installed this microwave with just a screwdriver, tape measure and a drill. Simple to use and easy to clean. Strong and defrosts fast! The door is a little loud opening and shutting and the the vent fan is loud, even on slow speed. Looks beautiful even with our black appliances.

This microwave is a nice piece of equipment. It was a great price and worked very well. The only thing that I can think was that the touch pad was difficult to push, but it certainly was not a deal breaker.

This microwave is just right and fits our needs! The only thing I don’t like about it is that you have to press the buttons harder so it will respond.

So glad we upgraded our old microwave for this model! The buttons take maybe a day to get used to... I haven't had any issues like other people mention. Easy to install too!

Got a fantastic deal on an open box microwave. Took it out of the box to install and found it had a HUGE dent in the side! I couldn't believe they sold me this with letting me know.

This microwave had great price seems a little light metal but so far good unit hope it last for price you can't go wrong with this item

We did a lot of research and found that Best Buy had the best price on this Samsung over-the-range microwave. Our old one had died so we replaced it with this. We love the features, the size and most of all the price!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this microwave, so I will just leave it at that; however, if you're not mechanically inclined, you may want to have someone else mount it for you. I can do very minor handy work around the house and my wife and I were able to mount it ourselves.

Our old microwave completely stopped working. Went to Best Buy the next day and within a few days we had our new microwave. It has worked out perfectly. It was easy to install, matches the rest of our appliances well, and we love it.

I needed an over-the-range microwave to save space in my small kitchen. This one is not too expensive and very easy to use. Some microwaves can be confusing and not very intuitive. However this one is very straightforward. I had it professionally installed and he put it in very easily.

We bought 2 of the same microwaves. One for our home and another one for someone else. We are very happy we made this purchase. Very quite microwave. It defrost and heats up pretty quickly.

Easy to use, Heats food evenly and quickly. Stainless steel finish is really resistant to fingerprints and smudges. Only nit-pick is that the over range light isn't as bright as I expected.

Easy to use. There's a helpful +30 second button. Light is not very bright (even on high function) and vent is really loud (even on low function).
