Its a great microwave for the price. We got it as package. It was a good deal. Its has all the features that are needed for basic microwave.

Our microwave stopped working right before Thanksgiving. We were able to get this scratch and dent for $99. Works fine. Looks sleek. Missing some of the conveniences our previous model had but we're getting used to it.

We read the reviews before shopping and after buying this over-the-range microwave, we couldn't be happier. The Samsung works fine, was easy to install, and Best Buy's prices couldn't be better. Highly recommended!

I bought as open box product the only thing wrong was a bracket was missing ( was told that before I bought it). I was replacing it with a different brand that I had and it fit perfectly. Love it!!

A little loud, The buttons are a little hard to push. Other than those two things, this microwave fulfills my needs and looks great in my kitchen. I especially like the recessed turntable.

I've had good luck with Samsung, it usually makes good products. However, I can't say much about this one because it actually did not fit in the place I wanted to install it. There was nothing wrong with it, I just didn't like the way it looked, because it was too small.

best buy I have made in a long time, and it is as good as the best. my old one was a whirlpool and this one beats it hands down . the price was terrific, half the cost or less on all other microwaves and power to spare

Thus microwave iz not only nice to look at but it zaps food with more heat & less energy!

Microwave was simple to install and got a great price on it, the sale person was very nice and helpful. I will return for more appliance shopping at best buy and that store.

We were on the fence about replacing our over the range microwave when we purchased our Samsung oven/range. I'm so glad we decided to purchase this as well. It is much bigger on the inside, and cooks more evenly. Simple to use. Intuitive panel. Looks great.

I purchased this microwave after my old one which came with the house stopped working. The installation was easy and painless. The microwave looks great with my Samsung stove. After half a year it is still fully functional and operating smoothly.

Great microwave for the price. We had another model for three years and the keypad busted. It was not worth getting it fixed, too expensive. We looked on Best Buy and found this model. Very happy with the purchase.

Easy buttons,low price,easy to install ,quick heating

Our new microwave took some getting use to because it is over the range and not on the counter but like it off the counter. The light is not quite as bright as I thought but will consider that next time.
