We needed a small counter depth fridge and my wife was sold on having the French door design, and I really wanted an icemaker but not having the water adapter which tends to look messy after a couple of years, that’s where we compromised on this model by Samsung. The build quality seems very good and the handles are strong, Icemaker works well after a few days of building up ice quantity however you will have to turn the icemaker on/off should the bin reach capacity, when the collection bin is full of ice, when you pull open the freezer drawer the excess ice will fall to the ground through the back of the drawer, quite tricky to deal with as long as you turn the icemaker off on the front top control panel, you will be fine. We love having the nice wide shelves to place large platters for gatherings, however there is not a lot of storage for tall items other than two door pockets for gallons of milk or 2 liter bottles. The bottom freezer can hold more items than I originally expected however do not buy this fridge if you go to Costco and buy large boxes of frozen items they simply will not fit, or you will be doing a lot of repackaging to force them into a drawer that really isn’t that deep. Hence, this fridge is solid build quality, looks great for smaller family, not great for large volume shoppers.

I was looking for a 3-door Fridge for a small condo. It had to be counter depth & no more than 32" wide. I also needed an Ice Maker, but not on the door as that will waste space. The Ice maker does a good job once the temperature normalizes (24 hr). The unit runs quietly & looks great! Nice upgrade from a traditional refrigerator.

This fridge is replacing a similar sized (30-inch wide) 22-year-old top-freezer model. Surprisingly, there doesn’t seem to be much more useable space. I had to put the two shelves in their lowest position in order to have a shelf tall enough for pitchers and tall items. The door bins have such a deep surround on them that you need more space above them than there is available to take things in and out. This is my first bottom freezer. I wish the drawer was more squared off to accommodate frozen items in boxes. The ice maker makes 8 cubes per hour - pretty slow. My little countertop ice maker makes *much* more ice than that. On the plus-side, this unit is very quiet, and I love having fridge items at eye level.

This refrigerator is great looking inside and out. Only thing I would change is the ability to change heights for the bins on the doors. Other than that, it suits me to a tea.

I like this refrigerator very much. It is smaller than most French Door refrigerators but perfect for me. It began making ice almost immediately. love it.

After the fifth time pulling the fridge out, the two front wheels broke. They have a cheap rubber tire over the wheel and both came off the track. Samsung sent out a repair person, but he wasn't able to fix it. The repair person called Samsung directly and they told him to state that the customer broke it or the wheels were broken during the install. Both are untrue. Even the Samsung repair person said that wasn't true. Ultimately the wheels were not fixed and will not be covered by Samsung. Samsung has a very decitful repair practice. If you purchase this fridge, good luck getting any repairs. My advice to you is don't buy any Samsung fridges. I have a geek squad warranty. I'm going to see if they will cover the repair.

So far this model has been great! Nice to have the refrigerator on the top which makes it so much easier to see everything that’s in there. The only con so far is the noise that it makes when going through the cooling cycle.

We Were limited to only a few choices due to size restrictions. This fridge has everything I need and it’s beautiful also quiet. I was worried that I didn’t have enough room but it’s beautifully laid out also has a great feature, it dings if the door is left open, I would recommend it!

I use this fridge for a lot of homes. It is slightly narrower than a standard fridge at 33" wide, but it doesnt look smaller. People like the look of the doors and the counter depth makes the kitchen feel bigger!

We are quite happy with our new Samsung French Door refrigerator, though it's still brand new and retains that new refrigerator smell. We purchased an extended warranty just in case, but if this unit continues to operate as it has so far we wont be needing it. They just don't build them like they used to, but so far, at least, we have no complaints. The unit is well illuminated and the digital temperature readouts for the main compartment and freezer are welcome features. We hope to have this refrigerator for a long time to come.

They work great, for the price you ant go wrong. I have bought many of these appliances in the past and they are still working great

The Samsung refrigerator was the best priced appliance I have purchased in a long time.

We love our new fridge. The price was great and the quality is awesome. We pretty much doubled the space we had in our old fridge. 1 delivery man was very courteous and helpful. The other gentleman was impatient, unfriendly, and very rough when moving things. I still tipped them even though one delivery man was not deserving. Besides that we couldn’t be happier going with Best Buy

The bell that dings when the refrigerator is not closed is the best. I also love the ability to power chill when you need the items in the refrigerator to chill faster.

My French door refrigerator looks amazing in my kitchen. Has lots of compartments that are very useful. One of my favorite thing is the humidity control gadge which keeps the interior free of humidity
