I love the fridge, looks beautiful and get lots of compliments. I love the sensor that reminds you to close the door and everything has been kept really fresh. The only qualm is the space is extremely limited if you have a lot of tall items that need to fit like a 2 liter pop or juices. I can only fit in 4 total, 2 on either side of the door. I guess it doesn’t help that the space I have for the fridge was so small I had to get a counter depth fridge.

Just got this frig a few days ago. Best Buy staff, delivery and communication couldn't be better. Wanted this small, 17.5 Qu Ft, white counter depth frig for a very small kitchen with white cupboards. It meets all of my priorities for the 2 of us retirees. Wish it had more places to put tall bottles, but with the tops tightly closed, they can be placed lying down. Price was a strong consideration so we gave up the water dispenser feature in favor of the ice maker. Has adjustable shelves and ample bins. Easy to organize. Is quiet and attractive.

I did read tons of reviews on this refrigerator before making this purchase. I understood that it was a bit loud, and it is. It hums and the ice maker is very loud when dropping ice from the mechanism within the machine. I bought it more for the size and the look. It looks very sleek, modern, simple and I LOVE that there is no messy ice maker or water dispenser in the door. My biggest pet peeve about modern refrigerators. Plenty of storage for our empty nest...happy to have this size as an option.

I wanted a double door fridge but my kitchen space is so small that doesn't fit the standard French door fridge. Found this one and look nice on my kitchen

Great Fridge if you need a counter depth less than 36 inches. It could really use a water dispenser and bigger freezer but it's really great for what will fit in my space. I was leery about Samsung but so far after a few months it's working fine.

I’m reviewing this product as part of the Samsung Insiders program. We’ve had this fridge over a month now. We realized it’s much smaller than our previous one and a lot noisier too as it would often make me look out the window to see if someone just pulled in the driveway...but that was just the compressor kicking in. It has a great cooling system because we noticed it keeps our food fresher longer. The power cool and power freeze feature is definitely a plus when we have huge amount of leftovers during the holidays and big dinners. We also like the freezer drawer with the icemaker. We have installed an external filter for the icemaker so that we’d have great tasting ice and just keep frozen fruits and ice cream beside it. We store the savory meats and make-ahead dinners in the freezer bottom shelf. Only drawback is the awkward positioning of the shelves that makes it challenging to fit in taller condiment bottles and larger jugs of drink. Solution for us was to transfer those in smaller containers and just keep them all organized in a transparent bin.  

We have an older home and needed a counter depth refrigerator and decided this was the best value. It looks and functions great. The only con that I can think of is that the shelves in the refrigerator only adjust in 2 spots, unlike our old frig that had 8 adjustment points.

I just got this item two days ago. So far so good. It is too pricy for my liking but I had no other choice. I do not like the small clicking noise that kicks in once in a while and also the unknown motor spinning sound that comes up even though I am not using the ice maker function. This is a pretty average fridge with a not-so-average price. I suppose my review is premature so maybe I will update later.

i added a pantry and realized the Samsung side by side I originally ordered was too big for my space. I ended up getting this one and am so glad I did. It fits perfectly and I love the counter depth. It is surprisingly spacious and the LED lights are bright so you can see everything. The freezer is spacious and the ice maker and compressor are pretty quiet.

I was always a Whirlpool fan for refrigerators, but because of all the good reviews and the fact that the Samsung base models came with extra-nice features--like the three-doors and an ice maker (that didn't come with Whirlpools, or other brand base models for the price)--I decided to take a chance and go with this Samsung. This was a smaller fridge for me, so I was afraid all of my frozen foods would'nt fit, but they all fit fine! The freezer drawer looks deceptively small if you've never had one. I did have a little trouble trying to figure out where to store my jumbo bottles of lemonade, juice, an enormous pitcher of tea, gallon of milk and huge bottle of creamer! Taller things like these don't fit on the shelves! There are two door bins for large bottles, and about two fit in each. I bought a large, rectangular drink dispenser (good quality and doesn't leak) that fits beautifully on the shelves (Bed Bath & Beyond), and got rid of the giant pitcher. There's plenty of room to fit more of these drink dispensers on one shelf. I highly recommend them instead of pitchers! There are a few bottles (wine, big lime juice, etc.) too tall for the shelves, but I just tighten the caps very tight and store them sideways. No problems. Some suggested that I should simply take out a shelf, but I didn't want to lose a shelf. I'm really happy with this fridge, and like I said, I had to adjust to a smaller one. Plus, I live in a very hot climate and keep many large bottles of drinks around, so many of you may not have to adjust for this. Now that I've adapted, I love this fridge! It works great, and it has really dressed up my kitchen with the 3 doors and the counter-depth style!

Love the counter depth and french doors. Looks nice. Down side is this refridgerator is loud and does not accept magnets on the front.

Bought this as a second refrigerator. Works well for our intended purpose. A little noisy and would prefer a built-in water filter rather than the external one. Otherwise a good buy.

It looks great with my new kitchen! Most counter depth and stainless refrigerators are almost twice as much, but this is really great quality for such an amazing price! It matches my samsung washer/ dryer set also! I especially love best buy's price match program and knowledgeable delivery guys!!

It Is right size for our household of 4. Shelves do not allow for taller items but shelves are have shallow depth so food doesn’t get forgotten. French doors make it so easy to get to what you want quickly and without taking up space when open. Great having the chest freezer on bottom so it is easy to view contents in both freezer and refrigerator so no bending to find something.

I was remodeling kitchen and I was looking for not too deep fridge. This fridge fits perfectly. Only works a little bit loud.

We had a minimal amount of space and really this was the only choice if we wanted a french door, bottom freezer option. It's a perfect size and holds everything we need. Only wish they could figure out how to get water through door for drinking. But, have a nice ice maker, but no crushed ice. Regardless, it is a great fridge!

Great fridge. Yes magnets do work, I read a review on here that they don't work on doors. Yes there is noise from ice maker, but not that bad. Doesn't seem to run that load as other a have stated... Maybe we are just a loud family. Yes, it is hard to fit larger drinks like 2 liters and little option for shelve moving. But dang, this refrigerator gets cold fast! I'll update in a month or so to see if we are still happy. Overall its nice and larger than our last fridge.

This is a counter depth fridge so it is shallow. It is nice to have a clean line from counter to counter with out having it take up a lot of real estate. It is perfect for a small family no more than 3 as it is a shallow fridge. The ice maker is a work horse as it produces ice and lots of it.
