Love our Samsung refigerator. Favortie part is the indoor water pitcher and the pull out middle drawer.

Just replaced the LG refrigerator that came with our condo when we originally purchased it. This Samsung is SUCH an improvement - both in terms of features, but in terms of overall performance - the cooling is even, no hot spots or icy veggies, and the center drawer is a great feature. True, we have only had this for a day or so, but already I can tell this is a much better products than the contractor-grade LG we had. Highly recommend!

Love it so far, it’s definitely a better upgrade from our last fridge. They only reason I’m giving this a 4 star is because the ice maker doesn’t keep up with our family’s use (2 adults 1 teen) and I would say we are at a normal level of use. So if you decide to entertain more people at home you might as well buy ice separately for sure. There is an alarm feature I didn’t know about when you leave the doors open too long or don’t properly shut. This is a nice feature with those people who know what’s in the fridge but stare at it with an open door for too long. Other than that the fridge is pretty solid and does what we need.

Nice clean lines outside and very spacious and open interior. Flex drawer is very helpful for entertaining or day-to-day organization. Freezer is very accessible. The fingerprint free exterior is a definite plus!!

This is a great fridge. We love the beverage drawer! So happy we purchased with BestBuy - it all went without a hitch. From purchase to delivery (we purchased online). They hauled away our old junky fridge - they were in and out so fast! Came when they said they would, gave us lots of communication. Gave us a demo of the new fridge. Very impressed. And no, I'm not getting a kickback from them for this review.

I love the three-door type french door fridge. It is very spacious and great sorting.

Overall, the fridge is great. Going to a counter depth was a change but still decent room. The water pitcher with limes put in is actually awesome - not as gimmicky as I would think. The fingerprint resistant stainless is exceptional.

This refrigerator was an replacement for older Samsung , with Ice maker issues that could not be repaired - per Samsung tech. There are several nice features like an indoor water canister that auto fills when used (cold water) and a external door to quickly grab items - like you favorite beverage … all in all good unit for the money.

had this refrigerator for 2 weeks before we realized it was wifi capable, really cool to be able to monitor temps, and the other goings on. The Black Stainless fingerprint proof isn't, but hey it looks GREAT! The flex zone is just that, we keep it on beverage mode and beer is always nice and cold! Overall a great unit, and even better price on the black friday sale!

Replaced an older Samsung refrigerator that lasted 10 years with this one. Purchased on July 6th, had it delivered August 5 and it is already broken on September 17. Refrigerator only cools to 50 degrees and the freezer cools to 40. Called tech Samsung and they had me hold down a bunch of buttons and supposedly reset the compressor. That did nothing so I called back they said they will send a tech out to look at the fridge so now just waiting for a service center to call me to arrange for an appointment. In the meantime all of our food is out in the 2 year old Frigidaire that has never given us a single problem even after baking in the summer and freezing in the winter. Wish I bought another Frigidaire but we had to have the showcase door and pullout drawer.

Got this as an open box item and it's in awesome shape.

So far after 2 weeks, the refrigerator and freezer are working fine. The control panel is a bit awkward to use but after playing with it for awhile and reading the directions 10 times, it finally becomes clear. There are some reconfigurable shelving in the unit, but we wish that there was a bit more reconfiguration capabilities. The ice machine is a bit smaller and maybe half the size of our previous KitchenAid unit. The water pitcher feature is convenient. You can make ice tea in it, lemon water, etc. And it refills it for you automatically. The double door is a feature which is really not that great. It works and all but I am finding that we do not use it much. The freezer is a bit on the small size as compared to our previous KitchenAid unit. But all and all, not a bad product.

Great amount of space in the refrigerator. Ice maker works very well. Freezer space is perfect for items purchased from warehouse stores. I love that it is fingerprint resistant.

It is stunning and has wonderful features. We have counter depth, so the space inside needs to be navigated a bit.. I really love the fact that we paid extra for the water jug. It is such a joy to have constant filtered. cold water at the ready. (total want over need, but worth it) I will say that Samsung missed the mark a bit with removing the little catcher shelf under the ice dispenser, but I will figure a way around that. I also have to say that doing the in store design package was excellent ! It was considerably less money and they price matched whenever we found the appliance for a better price. We did our research but it was and is worth the time. I love my kitchen.

I love my new Samsung refrigerator but there are two items that I wish I would have notice first, the space for tall items are limited even thought shelves fold. Previous fridge had lots of door space for tall items and since its in my home (only one month) the ice dispenser distributes ice easily one time and the next time you must push to find just the right spot to make contact for dispensing. Water works great so I can understand why the ice is giving trouble. But even with these concerns I would buy again.

Buyers beware of poor water pitcher design. The sealant doesn't work and even when you get a replacement it leaks in the same spot again. Many folks on the Samsung chats are having the same issue. It's a shame since everything else seems to work fine on the fridge.

It’s great counter depth , plenty of room for food.

Overall like frig. Bottom freezer door sliding tray is a bit flimsy & doesn't slide evenly & not much room to put items in larger bottom bins. Difficult to fit a small bag of ice in bottom. Also have to make sure items don't prevent freezer door from shutting completely. Ice maker doesn't make much ice. 5-6 glasses & its empty. Love the door in door feature. Also love the infused water pitcher. Fruit infused filtered water always on hand. Lots of room in frig, even for a counter depth model. Overall a good buy.

Love, love, love this fridge! When my husband showed me online which one we should get - I thought why would we need a "deli" drawer and especially, why would I need to have a pitcher on the door that refills itself with filtered cold water? These are my 2 favorite things! I love the lighting inside and how easy it is to access everything! I do not know how I lived without this! The counter depth option makes our kitchen look bigger!
