This purchase was mostly an investment matching equipment, not a great need for it, but has been handy the couple times just to lazy to hand wash, it seems to operate just fine. Great job to the delivery and install team!

This dishwasher is average. One load was run and the dishes were still dirty.

The device needed to new part before I even got to use it once. Smart Auto light was blinking. The Samsung tech says its a bad sensor. IT'S BRAND NEW!!!!

Works great. The first one I bought had an issue, but the new unit is great. The utensil come out clean. It is quite. Samsung and Best Buy were responsive to the issues I encountered with the first unit.

My wife loves this dishwasher.It does everything it is advertised to do with no problems.

Hoping to get a replacement. Leaks terribly. Have had it serviced 3 times in 6 months.

The first one I had, had some problems so I had to go thru the manufacturer to get it replaced. Hopefully this one continues to do well. Love the sleek design and am glad to have it back and working.

I've had this dishwasher for about a year and a half. It worked great at first when I recieved it in February 2014 and it broke down about 1 month later then again October 2014. Service came and corrected it. Broke down again October 2015. Apparently its a common issue when I purchased it; the unit doesnt drain and you are forced to call for service.

Looks nice, dries nice, but the rack set up is not convenient.

Controls hidden when door closed-nice clean look but awkward.

Awesome dishwasher and considering I had been warned that Samsung items are loud I still bought it. It looks very nice in black and keeps finger prints to minimum. The noise is very low. Love it!

I should've read reviews before I purchased this dishwasher. It was the biggest headache I've ever had in purchasing an appliance. It leaked right from the beginning and wouldn't run a full cycle.

Only 3 years old, leaks water out of front bottom. Comes up with error code of blocked drain hose, but it's a dirty sensor in the bottom of the unit that need to get cleaned every 2 months.

Great looking and good value. Very quiet operation. This is a full size tub so very little wiggle room in the back or below when installing. So far it's met my expectations (2 months in).

top rack needs longer spikes, lower needs more spacing

I'm 60 years old and dishwashers usually last FOREVER. The only time Ive changed is the few times i've moved. oh my what a NIGHTMARE this otherwise sleek attractive stainless steel dishwasher has been. The controls are flat panel and I think ive developed arthritis in both of my hands --they ACHE from trying to press the power on. Well now it rarely even powers on AT ALL and when it does, it lights up HEAVY WASH and goes right to the drain cycle ONLY. A great. i was stupid i didn't buy the bv warranty. i've been on the phone with samsung directly about 3 hours off and on and they still can't get me the link to service. this is not good.
