Overall appearance is good. The specific stainless is very shiny / silvery where other stainless steel appliances I've had have a more grayish look to them. Top doors are very light. Lighting is good. Compressor is a little noisy on start up compared to other refrigerators I have had. Noise goes away after 10 seconds and settles out. Makes ice quickly. Ice cubes can fall out of the collection box and accumulate underneath the drawer still inside the freezer section. Typically this is a result of scoping ice and pushing the pile towards the back of the collection box. Plenty of storage and overall appearance is nice. Fit / finish could be a little better on the top bend of the freezer door. Fridge can be a very tight fit through entry doors. measure twice before purchasing as I brought it into my house on my own. Delivery to the inside of the house not an option.

By default the shelves are placed in such a way that nothing the height of a regular gallon or half gallon of milk will fit in the fridge unless you slide the sliding section of the one shelf back to make some extra room. It also would probably be worth upgrading to the model with the interior water dispenser. On the plus side it's relatively quiet, has lots of storage, makes a lot of ice and gets cold fast and stays quite cold.

First, love Best Buy! Product is good to a point, but the day before our service contract was to expire, the Part fort the freezer handle broke. Notified Best Buy, they said warranty starts on the day delivered so come on in the next day and they'd take care of it. Easy fix, right? Wrong. Manager said let's call Samsung and see what they want to do. Samsung said no, warranty started on the day purchased. Best Buy said no, Samsung said no we are not going to honor it. Best Buy orders handled, now we have handle and catching hell trying to get the parts tonattach it. All of our appliances are Samsung, but you'd better believe that when the time comes to replace them, unless it's an act of God, i will not buy another Samsung product. Love Best Buy though! Would recommend Best Buy, but not Samsung!

We didn't want a fancy refrigerator, but something that hopefully will last a long time. We don't have much need for a freezer. The ice maker dumps the ice into a big box in the freezer which is perfect for us. The few items we do freeze have a top and bottom space in the freezer. The bottom space is tall, so we can place our beer glasses standing up so they are nice and cold when we have a beer. Also the top drawer of the freezer is NOT a basket, but a drawer so things won't fall through. I love having a full refrigerator space on the top. Had a side by side before and hated the width. Now with a full width I can use my big Tupperware box which keeps lettuces fresh for day. The door storage seems to keep the milk cold enough and the bottom storage drawers let you see what is inside. To get things from the left side, you have to open both doors and the left door must be closed first - small detail. And it runs very quietly - so if it doesn't have any mechanical problems in the next 25 years, then I will be very happy. Time will tell.

Excellent refrigerator. Black stainless steel is an amazing finish. Samsung utizes space quite efficiently. The cooling system is superb. Runs quietly. Filtered water is conveniently placed inside the refrigerator without taking up space.

Recently we bought a new home and needs new refrigerator and other appliances. It was our first time buying big appliances like these and it was scary because we had to make sure it fit. We did everything online from looking at pictures and measuring them ourselves to make sure they fit into the new home. We got it delivered and my husband put them in place while I was at work and we love it!!! It’s so nice and even better in person. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a nice refrigerator who doesn’t need the water and ice maker.

Very happy with my fridge..Was afraid to get at first because of the ice maker being inside the bottom freezer but is working out well.

This was rough getting in my home. My fault I ordered the bigger of two. Easy hook up. Freezes ice cubes usually in 1-2 hrs. Large enough for family of 7 with a little room left over. Massive freezer size & quite with only sound is when ice maker fills.

Nice and quiet. Cools down quickly. Would recommend this appliance

This is my new SAMSUNG FRENCH DOOR REFRIGERATOR,it’s both beautiful and efficient. It has very good temperature control,and is efficient in the storage design.Also the LED LIGHTING Makes it easy to see everything inside.The installation people were great they had there masks on. I can’t say enough about the delivery people.

The protective plastic is stuck in door seam and something white at bottom corner of door. Can't remove it.I need best buy to come out and take care of it.

It’s a nice item. Definitely measure your space, a little disappointed because I’ve had issues with the pantry tray. It comes out of place and difficult to put back in place.

The fridge is nice, but the door has had a problem since the very beginning. We’ve scheduled someone to come out and look at it already. It’s been installed for 15 days, but we noticed this day 1.

I mistaken got this one and bestbuy wouldn't exchange it. It looks good lots of room. Just the luxury of a water dispenser is all that is missing.

The freezer ice bucket has a convenient cutout in the back for the ice maker...however every time you open the door, ice falls into a back, hard to reach cavity of the freezer...eventually when you have enough ice buildup there they just start to fall out of the freezer and onto your floor. The wide, bottom pull out tray in the fridge always comes off its tracks. You MUST open both fridge doors all the way before sliding out the tray...and make sure you pull out the tray perfectly even on both sides because otherwise if falls out of its tracks and can be a pain to re-set. There are better fridges out there, I would never buy this one again.

What's great about this fridge: I never realized how much space the internal ice maker in the door took up in our old refrigerator. It's surprising that more people do not buy refrigerators without that particular feature. This refrigerator has the icemaker in the freezer drawer and it is capable of holding 5 to 7 pounds of ice. The main compartment is wide open and spacious and the LED lighting is very appealing. We love the full gallon size compartments in the doors as it frees up the shelves to organize and view everything else. The finish of the exterior stainless is very much mark free. It does not require constant polishing. What's not so great about this fridge: NOISES! At first I thought it was the icemaker. Which would be excusable. However I turned off the ice maker and about once every 20 minutes there's a loud pop sound coming from the refrigerator that I cannot identify. If it were not for this flaw I would consider this to be a perfect refrigerator.
