Okay ppl, read the manual, the door ajar alarm goes off if you do not close the doors properly. Close left french door first, then right door if you open both. Cool LED lighting and nice upgrade in size for the price. Can be dented but you have to be careful. Will get fingerprints in stainless steel but easy to wipe off. No issues with handles or anthing. Got this right at the start of December.

So much room inside, with upper double doors, it's easy to access what is inside. Love the freezer ice maker, it's always full of fresh ice.

Nice refrigerator with lots of space. The compressor is somewhat loud during the first initial cooling but seems to get quieter as the unit continues to operate.

for an entry-level french door fridge, this one has it all. it's not as noisy as some reviewers claim, and there's a ton of storage here for your money. one caveat: gallon jugs must go in the door. if you want to store them on the shelves, you'll need to adjust the shelf height. that said, milk isn't spoiling in the door like in some fridges - there's just a limit to how many jugs (4) you can store. the freezer is spacious, but you're dealing with the same situation as in a top-opening deep freeze: less-used items tend to migrate to the bottom. the ice machine takes up some space, too. overall this unit has the feel and performance of a commercial fridge.

I brought this refrigerator on sale for $700.00. This refrigerator has served me well and has plenty of storage space for my family of 7.

We have had this fridge for a couple of weeks now and so far I love everything about it EXCEPT the fact that it attracts fingerprints/handprints like crazy. With three kids who like to just push the door closed instead of grabbing the handle to close it, it's driving me crazy. Unfortunately, I purchased this online without having seen the fridge in person, so I wasn't aware of the fingerprint issue. We'll deal with it, though, because I got it for a great price on Black Friday and it's much better than my former fridge--no more frozen produce!!! Yay!!!

First, I just love the way this looks in our kitchen. The French doors allow more room when opening. This unit is very quiet, our older unit was noisy. It uses less electricity too. I like the bottom large drawer that can be set at different temperatures. Being able to see the temperature of the refrigerator and freezer is cool, much better than not knowing. I am so happy with this unit!

So we needed to get rid of our old Amana. It had served us well but time to upgrade. The Samsung looks like a piece of jewelry. Sleek,cool color,great lines. We got the model without external water dispenser bc you get lots more inside space. Had it about 2 weeks. It’s working perfectly. Fridge part stays at 37 degrees and the freezer is 0 degrees. Veggies stay cold but don’t freeze. Shelves are adjustable and you can see everything inside. Nothing gets hidden. 1 shelf developed a crack and customer service was so helpful. Immediately sending a replacement. Best Buy delivery guys were prompt efficient and real nice. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Very good referigerator at this price. Lot of space to store items. I have bought this fridge in Apr 2019 and so far there is no issue.

This is a nice basic refrigerator/freezer. Space and flexibility are definitely strong points, along with its handsome exterior. We do not use the ice maker, so cannot comment about it. We have never had a refrigerator/freezer where the ice maker did not have associated problems at some point, so we provide for our ice needs separately. The Best Buy price, delivery and Samsung’s reputation made us choose this appliance, but only time will tell if we made the right choice.

So far so good. We purchased our fridge at a very good price and love it. We went from a 10 year old side by side to this. I've had it for a month now and have nothing bad to say about it.

this is a really fridge. We didn't want to get anything too fancy or too cheap. This is just prefect .

It is great all around. Great price and roomy for all your foods including the freezer section. It’s also quiet and easy to adjust all settings. I love Samsung equipment!

I love this refrigerator it has the ice maker on the bottom and it's very handy plenty of deep pockets in the doors that you can store a lot of items

This is my second Samsung purchase through Best Buy this year. I have had a very positive experience with both the online ordering and delivery. Not to mention the quality and value of the Samsung products. I was torn when choosing my new refrigerator because all of my other appliances are GE. I ultimately chose the Samsung for its $/inch and functionality which GE couldn't match. Thank you Best Buy for your timely and curtious delivery guys and for your quality products.

This Refrigerator works great. Cools quickly. Plenty of room inside and on the doors. Freezer works good. Makes plenty of Ice. The Black Stainless Steel is easy to clean.

So far it works great for my family. It's beautiful and has a great amount of storage. The ice maker also works beautifully. We got it with 35% off and was a great deal for what you get.

Great fridge with a ton of space. With the ice maker in the freezer instead of the door, you gain even more space. Great brand!!
