My kitchen has a small space for a fridge, so finding one that fits was a pain. Modern refrigerators, with French doors and the pullout freezer drawers, tend to run wide. This one fits a space that was designed for a traditional refrigerator. I’ve read some reviews about it being noisy, and the ice maker sweating. I haven’t noticed either. It’s well lit, has plenty of storage and controls. Shelves are adjustable, but because the ice machine is in the top, your options are limited. The shelves are able to lock into one another for added stability, and can be arranged independent from each other. Freezer is big enough to hold a frozen pizza. Ice/water dispenser can be locked to keep pets and kids out, and negligent discharges to a minimum when cleaning. Stainless steel finish is definetly not smudge proof, but very attractive when clean. My wife really likes the refrigerator, and that’s really all that matters.

this is my 3rd fridge from best buy. the first 2 were kitchenaid and I had to send them both back due to poor quality (bad door seals, ice maker didn't work,drawer kept falling off, etc.). I've only had this samsung one for 1 day but it is much superior to the kitchenaid. large freezer capacity, runs quietly and it came in white and looks great in my newly remodeled kitchen. well worth the extra $200 it cost. one small negative: a few drops of water drip from the door dispenser even when not in use. i really appreciate best buy's 15 day return policy. also, the guys who delivered and set up the refrigerator were excellent. very meticulous in setting up and careful going through doorways. they really take pride in what they do.

Haven’t owned this for long yet. The finish was supposed to be more fingerprint resistant but I think it’s just as difficult to keep clean as the cheaper stainless finish. We don’t have kids, but still leave annoying daily use marks which come off with a damp cloth of warm soap and water. You MUST follow the online instruction video when ordering, it is helpful to choose the appropriate size fridge as the French doors require extra space to open. Our salesman didn’t insist that we watch that and my husband was sure we had the correct dimensions. We ended up ordering a fridge that had to be returned.

Works awesome as expected. Really easy to setup and has crazy features like power cooling and freezing. Made popsicles in just two hours. That’s crazy. Highly recommended. 10 year compressor warranty. Dispenses cold water, crushed ice and cubed ice. A lot of room in the freezer.

My first experience with a “French Door” style fridge and all I can say is, soooooo much room! 100% satisfied.

I've had this refrigerator for a month, shows the temperature inside above the water dispenser. Has a bright cool blue interior light, slim ice maker, ice cubes are smaller than the older freezer made, customizable shelf locations and easy to replace filter cartridge, plenty of room for the two of us with lots of space for more. Upgraded from a top freezer/bottom refrigerator. Door water/ice was a huge plus! Instructions say wait 24 hours to place items inside, however refrigerator was at temp within 5 hours

Just got fridge so not much of a review ofe the fridge only the sale, the delivery and the aftermath. Pros sale Quincy Clark is amazing Con delivery was a hot mess needed a fixer crew to come in and resolve the issues. So far ice making is a blast. I hug my fridge every day. Waiting on warranty purchase.

The water with 2 choices of ice on the door has been wonderful - no more having to open the door for those features. The freezer below with the top basket works well for storing frozen items. Everything is right there within reach. The refrigerator drawers are deep and hold a lot. I have had to start buying half gallons of milk because the gallons don’t fit on the door, but that’s workable. I love the shark on the door because the kids don’t always remember to close it. I’m totally happy with my refrigerator.

This is a nice refrigerator, I needed one this width. Only bad part was it took 5 weeks to get it once it was ordered.

When the fridge was installed it looked better in my kitchen then it did in the store . Very pleased we picked this fridge.

If looking for something with room, but you need 33" wide, this is a great 'Fridge. Looks great, love the LED lighting (even in the freezer), keeps everything really cold, can open either of the French doors to retrieve food (if you remember which side you put the item on), plenty of room even though it's not the largest of 'fridges and the top left shelf flips up if you have tall items to put in. Maybe this is old fashioned, but miss not having the compartment for butter. You must be sure you actually close the doors (freezer drawer rolls back itself) as they don't seem to close themselves (note this if you have children) Probably due to the configuration of the ice maker, the shelves on the left side door aren't totally useful, especially the top one. Changing between dispensing water or ice (cubed or crushed) works well. However, initially on the first push, the ice comes out crushed and cubes, when on cubes. Cubes are smaller than what we've had in other fridges. Be sure to remove the ice prior to leaving on vacation at least a day before and shut off the water to the fridge. You may need to empty again as there could be residual water in the lines, creating cubes, and you'll have a frozen block in the ice bucket. Despite some "drawbacks" we love the refrigerator. Glad we purchased it.

I had a 33" wide side-by-side and was tired of how small the storage space was. I decided to get a french door that had the water and ice dispenser in the door. Getting the delivery from Best Buy was a nightmare. Numerous problems with that... Then, when they came to deliver it, the depth was at least 1/2" deeper than the sizing stated. For the depth of the unit, they only took the laminate part - not the metal sheet the goes almost the entire length of the fridge. So, getting it in my house was SUPER tight. Thank goodness the deliver guys were awesome. Fridge works well - keeping everything nice and cold. The lighting is really nice and this is much roomier than my old fridge. The left door storage is small, but I've strategically fit things in their to make good use of it. The freezer seems roomy to me. Two issues - this is really loud. I thought people were being picky before, but yeah, it's really loud - all the time. Big problem is the water/ice dispenser. The cubed ice comes out half crushed and the computer likes to randomly change from water, to cubed to crushed ice whenever it wants. Can be right in the middle of me pouring a glass of water or 2 hours after I use it. It dings every time it does this, so I even know it changes if I'm sitting in the other room. I'm communicating with Samsung now to try to fix this...I was told unplug it and plug it back in. No fix. I'm hoping this is fixed ASAP. This was too expensive of a unit to have to settle for something half-baked. I would not purchase this again. And Samsung is supposed to be the best??

Had to shop pretty hard for this, cuz I live in an old National Home with limited kitchen space and most French door refrigerators with ice and water through the door are much larger. Nevertheless, this model not only makes efficient use of the space, it also makes up to ten lbs of ice a day and runs whisper quiet, yet there's turbo boost for those times when you need to cool something quickly and an energy saver switch. I really don't miss having separate switches for ice and water, save for one niggle; every time you use the ice dispenser, it whizzes a smidge of water into your glass. Now, my right mind comprehends that some of that ice starts to melt as soon as it hits the warmer glass, anyhow, but my OCD mind is always just a little bit annoyed by that. The whisper-quiet operation and ten-year warranty on the compressor more than make up for it, so it gets a full five stars, though on the service end, I have to mention that it was a bit of a hassle to get the delivery and the installation to happen on the same day, cuz demand was high and it required two different crews; seems like that should be an easy fix.

We purchased this refrigerator on 11/1 to replace our old Kenmore. There weren't too many choices for the space we had and Samsung wasn't on our radar. However, this was on sale and it had the specs we needed. It looks great in our small kitchen. I love the French door and the easy accesibility to stuff. The freezer is quite roomy. The dispenser doesn't give a lot of ice and it does make some noise. Not too loud but it is noticeable. Other than that, it is a great buy.

After going through three refrigerators in five years, I was wary buying this one. But so far, it's been great. It has dual thermostats, so you can set the freezer and refrigerator temperatures independently, and so far, the temperatures seem to be reasonably accurate. In the refrigerator, door space is more limited than many models, but adequate, and the drawer across the bottom is very handy for making items accessible. The shelves adjust in height with the exception of the left hand top, which is fixed. I've had no issues with the ice maker/water dispenser. The freezer is the only place I have any issues , one of which is just a function of all bottom freezers - that you just have to pile everything in and stuff on the bottom is very difficult to see or to dig out. The top shelf in the freezer helps, but it doesn't pull out all the way and you end up having to bend down and squint to see what's in the back of it. Still, overall, the temperature control seems to be excellent and I am glad I chose this model.

this fridgewas exactly what we were looking for and more. The salesperson was very helpful in our selection and was very patient. The product didn't break our bank either. We worried we wouldn't find a French door fridge that would fit into our small opening and had a water dispenser.

Needed a 33" wide refrigerator and this worked perfectly. Lots of room. Freezer could use a little more room, but it's ample.

Fits everything and then some. Beautiful stainless steel and keeps everything nicely cold. A lot of storage for everything. I totally recommend this. One of the best purchases I’ve made.

This is a nice refrigerator at a good price. Great interior space for narrow fridge as space size was limited. Only downside is cold water dispenser not working correctly yet (dispenses hot water). Best Buy working on solution.

I am very happy with my new Samsung refrigerator. I needed this size to fit the existing space in my kitchen so was happy to find such a nice one. The spaces for both the refrigerator section and the freezer drawer are very well planned and hold a great amount of food conveniently arranged. It is very attractive and brightens up my kitchen in the stainless steel finish.
