Works great and has a nice amount of storage. Our only complaint is about the ice maker, recently it has started freezing up and getting stuck in the fridge. When this happens it won’t make or dispense ice. We have to thaw it out and remove it every once in a while which is really inconvenient. A few people we know with the same fridge have the same problem. Other than that, it is great.

Due to limited space I the kitchen, we had to purchase a slightly smaller fridge but didn't want to lose all the bells and whistles. We've had this fridge for over two months and love it. Despite its smaller dimensions it still has a ton of storage space. The new French door design allows for easier visibility compared to our previous side by side. When delivered one of the doors had a dent from transport but Best Buy was able to swap out it.

Overall this fridge looks nice, has a lot of space and cools/freezes as expected. I have had it for two weeks and I have not explored all the features yet. I have 4 main gripes that had they been resolved, could have resulted in more stars in my review. First, if you are replacing a built-in, check your measurements carefully. I had to choose this model to fit in a narrower space. Since this model is MUCH narrower than others, it makes up for it by being deeper. Now my fridge sticks out a little too far and looks odd, especially with the ugly sticker on the side that can't be removed. I realize this is my space constraint, but be aware. The installer, who did a fantastic job, removed most of the plastic that wraps everything, but the plastic is not just wrapped, it's stuck in every seam and crevice and I'm still trying to remove all the tiny pieces of plastic stuck everywhere. I will have to use a tweezers to get it all out. This is a factory issue and is a pain in the neck. The shelves in the refrigerator section are not easy to adjust at all. Lastly, I use the water/ice dispenser every day throughout the day. The cubes are small and melt quickly. They are about half the size of cubes from an ordinary plastic ice tray. The ice/water dispenser "hole" is very large (too large), so if you do not have a VERY wide mouth water bottle, the ice chips fly everywhere and you have to use two hands for dispensing water. If you just press your water bottle against the lever, the water spout sprays all over your hand/floor instead of into the water bottle. I contacted Samsung and was told there are no adjustments that can be made to the dispenser. This dispenser is a very poor design. The water spout should be closest to the dispenser lever, not the user.

I like the design of the fridge and the amount of room inside. However I did hit it with the end of the mop and it left a little dent. I did not hit it hard so was surprised by the dent.

We love everything about this frig. The spacing is great, freezer is awesome. Only negative is that is runs a bit louder than we thought it would at times. We've checked all the manuals etc everything is perfect. We just were a bit shocked. We are used to the noise now.

IS good fridge just I wish I bought a more fancy one,this one is like base model,so far works good just a little noisy on compressor and when use water and ice box.I think it need more storage space ..

This refrigerator look awesome and has a ton of room. When we bought our house the space for the refrigerator was smaller than the standard but this one fit perfect without having to give up a bunch of space inside the refrigerator!

I had a Kenmore (aka LG) from Sears which died 5 years and 9 days after purchase (hence, no warranty) and Sears cancelled the repair the day before the appointment after waiting two weeks to get it - and it was going to be over two weeks to reschedule. Anyway, hoping for better with this one. Very similar features. First off -it is QUIET!! Compared to my last one. Yes, you can hear the ice fall from the tray when it is low on ice. I did not find this to be a problem. The water dispenses faster than my last fridge too. No issues with dripping when switching from ice to water or after filling up with water. The space on the door for taller items works well and the top shelf can flip up if you need more space. The ice maker does take up a lot of real estate but it has not yet been an issue. I like the bottom freezer as opposed to the side by side fridge/freezer combo. I have a 33 in opening in the kitchen so the options for refrigerators were limited. This one was delivered within 10 days of purchase, the guys who installed it were careful and had everything hooked up in about 20 minutes. There was a lot of plastic wrap on the fridge but it peels right off and the finish looked great. Does not smudge that easily. The fridge went on sale a week after I purchased and I called to get the difference in price on the fridge and warranty. There was no question or difficulty in securing the difference. It was over $800 between the fridge and the warranty. It was initially more than I wanted to spend, especially since I was advised to stay away from Samsung appliances, but Best Buy stood by their warranty with my Samsung Washing machine that had an issue and after three attempts at fixing I a got a brand new machine, so trusting that if there are any issues with the fridge down the road, Best Buy will stand by that as well. After saving the $800+ dollars, I feel I got a very good deal.

Bought this refrigerator on sale, great price lots of great features, however after having it for just one year the icemaker failed, fortunately I Purchased a geek squad service contract, the icemaker was replaced and fixed for free, however it took Two months for this to get fixed

I had very limited space for a fridge and this one fit perfect and it has everything I wanted water and ice dispenser bottom freezer French doors and it looks great.

Started with a side by side, didn't fit unfortunately but I definitely would choose this French door Over it. Very nice with a lot of space to fit my needs. I Feel Samsung was a better pick through in and throughout of any other product becuse of its doors and sliding mechanisms, very tight and built to last!

Perfect midsize refrigerator. Fridge and freezer hold lots of goods. Large door racks. Love the full width drawer in the fridge for large trays, long breads. The water and ice (crushed and cubed) in the door put it over the top. Magnets stick to the stainless!!

I love this ridge, the only complaint I have is that the water dispenser is very slow and when you puch the ice button, small pieces fall all over the floor.

Has more room than I expected inside. Freezer is large enough for my needs. The fact that the drawer in the freezer doesn't open with the main freezer door makes me forget the items placed in there, hence the 4 star, instead of 5, rating. Water comes out with a nice flow, but the ice takes a few seconds to react. It also dings for reasons I have yet to figure out.

The delivery guys were great and very helpful. The surface of the fridge show every fingerprint and not sure if I can use a finish protector. I like that is shows the temperature of the fridge and freezer.

THIS FRIDGE IS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME !!! IT HAS MANY COMPARTMENTS AND EXTRA STORAGE SPACE ! WE ALL LOVE THE THE FRENCH DOOR STYLE WITH THE FREEZER COMPARTMENT ON THE BOTTOM ! AWESOME STAINLESS LOOK AND THE PRICE WAS OUTSTANDING!

This unit has a slightly larger capacity than my old 36 inch wide Kitchenaid. Very little storage on the left hand door due to the ice/water dispenser. However, there is a lot of storage in the right hand door that is convenient, visible, and easily accessible. Great improvement from my old side by side. There is a lot of flexibility in arranging the interior storage and the drawer capacity is good. It is noisy compared to our old unit. Make sure you have enough space to open the freezer drawer.

Love the Samsung fridge, seems very quiet, we don’t hear it running at all. Everything seems great so far, but have only had it 9 days. One door was damaged so we are awaiting it’s replacement.

Like the "French door" style much better than our old refrigerator and notice we are using the water & ice dispenser on the outside of the door much more than we did the inside dispenser on our old unit which was the traditional style. The black finish looks good & matches the other appliances in our kitchen
