This monitor is simple, straightforward and relatively inexpensive. There are a lot of more expensive monitors out there, but I was only looking for an additional monitor, so it's quality wasn't as much a concern as price. This monitor worked as expected right out of the box. I'm using it in a vertical orientation.

bought Samsung for the VGA connection to use as an external monitor for an older laptop...'works great.

Great quality for the price. I bought this as a secondary monitor and it fully matched the expectations I had going in. I wouldn’t game on this full time but as a back up or secondary monitor it’s great.

This is a great monitor. The colors are spectacular, and very clear, i love it.

I was on the fence with 4 or 5 stars. I really enjoy the monitor. It has great color, easy to set up, and has a great profile. The monitor sits in between my other two LG 27" monitors and I notice that the Samsung monitor has the same viewing area but with a much less black frame surrounding the screen which I really like. Now the other two look as if they take up too much extra space. The menu is easy to navigate. It's bright enough and I like the refresh rate. Overall, it's a great monitor. I would have given it 5 stars if there were something that made it over the top but there's really nothing. That may not be a bad thing. There's just no WOW factor. It does a great job at what I need it for.
