    Product was great, it ultimately was returned not having any problems but being too large for the desk I had it on. Very much appreciate the lenient return/exchange policy and service rendered. We did purchase the one we originally went for but was out of stock at the time.

    Crystal clear image ! Amazing colors ! Only thing I would complain is that it doesn’t have a headphone jack with I was hoping it did but not a deal breaker

    My old CRT VGA monitor died after serving me for 25 years. I came to Best Buy and bought a Samsung 27" flat screen LED monitor that would accept VGA input. I was quickly able to get it connected to my computer running on Windows 98 after also buying a suitable connecting cable. It has been working fine for the last three weeks.
