This was a great purchase! Right price for our office and the perfect size for our needs. Obviously, it works without any "setup," and we are very happy with it. It is crisp, clear and works well with the 3270 emulators and image utilities we use.

Customer service was somewhat disappointing. I own a small business and I realize I may have not been dressed like a business owner. The product is great but businesses offering great product go out of business everyday. These Products are available at many businesses so the difference is how your employees make the customer feel. I felt unappreciated.

If I were to buy a 3rd monitor, I would definitely buy this one again. The Samsung is better than my first screen which is an 27' LG (do not remember the model). The screen is very clear and very defined. I like the size as well, it allows me to have two windows side by side and I'm able to see both clearly.

The screen is great for general office usage. The specifications are a bit outdated but still very valid for home and small business usage.

I ended up buying this for a customer of mine. I was sent to install a new computer system for them and go figure, there was no display. Luckily Best Buy was conveniently close to the Fort Wayne, IN location I was working at. This T350 monitor was very affordable (dare I say cheap) and is very good quality, even ignoring the price paid. I would purchase again!

Pros - Typical Samsung high quality, with a bonus of being best in class price for this size. Includes hdmi cable. Setup was easy and it has very good picture quality. Cons - no height adjustment. Best Buy as usual didn’t have the best price and wouldn’t price match, do yourself a favor and check prices on your phone before purchasing.

Oherall great monitor. I have a separate gaming monitor and needed something that was still solid for general work stuff and this works amazing for my needs. Screen quality is great and and compatibility. It's a Samsung monitor. Always too quality. And um happy the staff on site helped me pick this one!

The product is good and easy to use, with few exceptions. Buttons to adjustments are in rear side and we need to have some practice or turn until our fingers learn. Connectivity ports are in a little inconvenient position and if the hdmi cable is hard then it’s difficult to remove or setup every time. Only 2 modes of connectivity is possible. If a Ctype is also added that would have earned 5 th star. But comparing to price and size it’s a good buy.

Got for a great price before Christmas, good monitor!

My son got this for his first gaming computer and it's a very nice monitor. Lightweight, balanced and good picture. Definitely worth the money. Only complaint is the screws for the base are packaged in a tiny little bag separate from all the other parts and is easy to lose track of when unboxing since I couldn't see it in the box at all when I opened it.

The quality is great - solid product, lightweight, but heavy enough that it is not moving with a desk bump or the like, great picture with beautiful color or and clarity. My only complaint... This is almost comically large to use as a monitor for a work computer on a desk. However, it worked out for me as I am used to having two monitors when in the office, but that is not an option with a remote desktop. The monitor is large enough that I can somewhat mimic my office setup.

They are good quality and make my work efficiently. I bought two of them online in Best Buy but I got a brand new and another one is open box. I do not have time to return or make exchange because I need them to work. So far so good
