It works great unpacked it, plugged it in and done.

Does what I need it to do. Is a great 2nd laptop monitor we mounted on the wall so I am not looking down constantly. It's helped my neck a LOT

Excellent monitor for WFH usage. I have been using over 6 months at this time. Never had an issue with flickering or dead pixels. Honestly ability to tilt is plus for me because I like to change it up time to time. I am happy with my purchase and thinking of buying a second one.

The monitor works fine thank you so much for very thing I will be looking for another soon after I clear things up it won't be long love those open box deals!! Oh yes Turning off the monitor is a bit of a toggle switch thing.

Needed a replacement monitor for a reasonable price. This monitor is very clear and the colors look great.

Bought this open boxed, and there is a black line that showed up on the right side of the display a month after purchasing so it looks like one of the borders is thicker, kinda irritating. However, it works great and colors are nice. I needed a cheap monitor for when I travel so I’m not too bothered by the defect but I’m sure it won’t last me as long as I hoped. Monitor has always been well cared for and put in safe environments so I’m not sure why this line showed up. If I press on the screen where it’s at it does light that section back up. Overall it’s a cheap monitor and gets the job done. Hopefully other users don’t have the same issues and I would recommend buying this new for the warranty in case this problem shows up.

Works great as a second monitor. Easy to setup and use.

all I can say is "WOW". plug -n- play item with superior picture clarity and full menu to adjust further if you are so inclined. toggle switch on the back will be an adjustment (pretty much everything comes with a handheld remote nowadays) other than that a great monitor at a great price.
