Other than being a little deep this is the best water ever! It's very easy to operate, and is very quiet. And at the end of every load you get a little jingle!

I really like this machine. I have run everything from delicates to heavy duty loads such as towels and blankets through this machine all with great results. I love the chiming tune it plays to let you know it's done. The only complaint I have is that it vibrates so much through the rinse cycle that anything I have left on my dryer ends up on the floor. I just make sure there is nothing important on the dryer when I start the washer.

This washer is easy to use and meets all the needs of my family. Love the large capacity - nice to wash fewer loads. And really like having the waterproof wash cycle.

Nothing wrong so far despite all of the negative reviews saying it's loud or breaks down quickly. I've had it for about two weeks now so maybe that isn't enough time for something to break. It's not as loud as some say, I mean it is a washer so there is some noise during the cycle change. It has a lot of room and that makes me glad that I bought something with 4 cubic ft. It does take awhile to finish a cycle but that's because it's a high efficiency washer- it tries to do more with less water so the timing is long.

Machine is quiet. Its large capacity component allows me to have fewer loads and does outstanding job of cleaning clothes.

The laundry room is next to our master and this washer is very silent, we simply love it. Pretty good size and the laudry comes out very clean.

I bought this for my son as a housewarming gift....he does construction work and it cleans his clothes wonderfully.... Big enough for his work coats and coveralls .

This was my first washer that did not have a spinner in the middle. I love that I can fit my bedspread in the washer. Very good washer at a very good price.

This machine has just enough bells and whistles, without complicating it. It is quiet, efficient and strong. I Highly recommend it.

We have had the washer since September, and have had no problems. It is easy to use, and does a good job in getting the laundry clean.

Easy to use & operate. Large capacity so it can accommodatte wash for sheets & comforters which is a nice bonus.

I've only had the washer for a month or so, but so far so good. Lots of options on the cycles, water temp, and load size. Drum is quite large and roomy without the central agitator. Haven't noticed any cleaning issues with the new design. My only quibble is that the washer is a little tall. To get the clothes on the bottom out of the washer, I have to stand on my tiptoes and then reach in as far as I can...I'm not sure my feet don't actually leave the ground. (I'm about 5'3")

Great washer for a great price. Easy to use and holds a lot of clothes. I prefer a top loader and this one does a great job!!

Like this washer. Its kind of on the quiet side. Takes awhile with large loads. ( dryer finishes before wash)

It's taken some adjustment to use this washer versus an agitator type. I'm not sure why it defaults back to a medium setting every time, because I have a big family and rarely do a medium load. The first few loads I did tended to smell bad until I increased the amount of detergent I ws using. The cycle takes longer, but since the clothes coke out less wet, the dry much faster .

Always been a Whirlpool guy. Best Buy salesman said I would not be happy with a Whirlpool top load, so he convinced me on a Samsung washer/dryer combo. At 1 1/2 months so far, I am happy with the purchase. I did almost return it when it stopped during one of the first loads and just sat with blinking lights. After Googling it, I found out it had an error code for the pump. Called GeekSquad, and the tech told me to unplug it for a few and plug back in, then reset the load and try again. I did that but problem returned. He did say he scheduled a tech to come out and ordered replacement pump as well. Long story short, I have since learned that I can't have 2 sets of bed linens with additional items in a single load (no, the washer was no where near being overloaded). We have 3 beds and I can only do one set of sheets at a time along with clothes, towels, whatever. Once I proved my theory on this, I cancelled the tech and sent the replacement pump back. As long as I wash one set of sheets with other items the washer works great. I have had zero issues since doing this. Now a big positive I like about this washer is that it spins the items almost dry, which makes the dryer time shorter. All in all I do not regret purchasing this washer.

This is the easiest washer we have ever owned. Just push a button, add the detergent and it does the rest. Very quiet as well!

Needed a new washer ASAP, did some research and this one fit my needs perfectly. It is very quiet and gets the job done
