Long cycles but otherwise very satisfied. I would recommend this item.

I really like this washer. The sanitize cycle really helps get things like towels super clean. While it doesn't have a "hand-wash" setting like my old washer, I have used the delicates setting on my "hand-wash only" clothes (at my own risk, I know) and it has worked fine - everything has come out the same way they did in my washer with the "hand-wash" setting.

Clothes come out clean and dry has many options which include steam.

We got this paired with a new dryer. The machine is very well thought out for loading detergent, bleach and softener. Surprising how much less water it uses compared to the top loader it replaced, but cleans just a good or better. Only issue was, since we installed this ourselves, it was quite heavy to move (even with a cart) - but that part is done.

There is an option where you can set the machine to wash with the personalized settings you prefer everytime if you'd like. I haven't tried it yet but plan on reading up on it. also, if you need to open the door to add a forgotten item to the wash after it's started, water doesn't drip on the floor and make a mess.

This washing machine does an amazing job at getting clothes clean! I live in the country and our clothes can get pretty dirty, but they always are clean. I had a queen size comforter my son had let the dogs sleep on. I washed it once in this washer, used the sanitize setting, and it not only got out the dog air, but it smelled clean and fresh.
