We bought this as an open item so got a significant discount so for what I paid this machine is an excellent value. I have to say that I LOVE the high capacity of this machine. We washed our King size comforter in it, no problem. It is a top loader and the tub is pretty deep. I'm 5'9' and can just reach the bottom of the tub. My wife needs a step stool. I can't imagine these on those risers they sell. We've had it a couple of weeks now and no issues. Lots of cool features and settings for wash. I also like the song it plays at the end of the cycle.

I have been very impressed with this washer. I have cut down the number of loads I have to do each week because of the large capacity of this washing machine. I also like the numerous different cycles available to me. The only thing bad about it is that I am 5'5" and I have to stand on my tip toes to retrieve the items at the very bottom of the tub.

My overall review of this product is that it is an excellent purchased for anyone purchasing in this price bracket. I would consider purchasing this item again even if I had to pay the 24 month interest rate which was zero because it was same as cash. Because of this option I would encourage anyone looking for a washing machine to purchase this item

Well, one of the best things about this washer is that it means my hubby and son do more laundry, or at least help. At 5'2" I can't reach the bottom of the laundry tub to pull out socks and small items. Oh, I have a handy hook that won't scratch the sides if I'm really in a pinch, but it's much easier to ask the guys. :) The washer does an excellent job of getting the clothes clean without damaging them. The delicate cycle really works, and overall the removal of cat hair is good.

We purchased this product on-line at best buy and we are very satisfied. The delivery crew did a great job and it was easy to set up with the instruction packet. We ran a small first load as recommended and once that was finished we ran a large load. This washing machine can really handle a lot of laundry. What would normally take two loads easily fit in one load with room to spare. And what was even more impressive was how dry the close were after the spin cycle. Great machine for the money !!!

Very pleased with the washer, I have had no problems with it. The clothes come out very clean, soft, and wrinkle free. My dedicates no longer get stuck together and come out tangled. I would recommend this washer to anyone who is water conscious and has a large family.

I was very anxious about picking out the right washer. I read reviews after reviews. My old washer had an agitator and I was afraid one without an agitator would not clean well. Finally just picked the one that not only gave me the features I was looking for but also looked great. So far I love it. Laundry comes out great - without the agitator clothes comes out untangled. So far I love it. It is also very quiet and I love the tune it plays .

I love this new washer. It does larger loads in less time than my old washer, and uses less water. I've seen about a $10 drop per month in my water bill. And it is quiet. I hardly hear it when it is on. The only drawback is that I am just 5' tall and I struggle getting the load out to put it in the dryer. That's how deep the bin is! But I love that I can wash a full load of towels or 2 sets of bedding in a single load!

Works great for our bigger family. Love that it weighs the clothes to add only the water needed. My only complaint would be reaching things at the bottom of the tub. I am 5'5" and have to get up on my tip toes to get that last sock at times.

I had a very sophisticated GE profile with an screen panel for 9 years, I was so in love with it that never thought I was going to be able to settle for any other washer. But I did, this one does not show me a French, Spanish or English panel but gets the job done perfectly well.

The washer has many outstanding features and is easy to use. The controls are simple to use and the washer itself determines the best settings. The washer is very versatile and can handle any type of load, such as small, lage, delicate or heavy duty without wasting energy. Samsung has done it again!

I like my new washer and dryer, I like that the washer and dryer have a time to when the cloths will be ready, so I don't forget about them. Over all I am very happy with my purchase. I have had them about 2 months now and no problems.

Love this machine! So easy to hook up and use - only downside (which is the case with all newer machines) is the size wouldn't fit in my basement anymore. But that has nothing to do with the machine - it is awesome! Handles big loads well, runs smooth and quiet and has been as advertised!

I enjoy the washer so far. My only dislike is that since the first use I now have to always look at scratches that are on the glass because I sat an empty laundry basket on top and it scratched the glass all up

Got this washer to replacement for old washer, works perfectly, love the infact cycle, many options on spin,temp and cycles.Didn't get chance to use all of them. Quite operation and does clean clothes perfectly. Only concern that most of the cycles run more than an hour.

Large capacity. We had a washer that was 15-20 years old so it is quite a change. I am 5'4 and I have to stand on my toes to get to the bottom of the washer to pull out clothes. A few times, the soap residual was left on clothes. I do laundry less frequently because it is so big. Lots of options for settings.

This washer is working great for us. I love the built in heater for the sanitize cycles. Get things washed in one load that I use to have to wash two or three times.(takes about 2 hours for the sanitize cycle).

This is a fantastic washer. It has ample space to allow for large or small loads. I picked it for the sanitizing feature and love all of the different wash modes to choose from. I am so glad I purchased this washer!

Big washer but nice and Sleek looking. Love this top loader over my old front loader. Inside is big enough to fit huge loads of laundry but still cleans everything properly.

this was recommended based off of my regular best buy being out of what i originally wanted and what an upgrade from what i wanted and was able to knock some of the cost off due to inconvenience. So pleased with the washer and all it's features; best one I've used in a very long time.
