After 10yrs of having my Maytags the washer started skipping cycles so I opted to upgrade to this brand. This is my first set of Samsung washer/dryer. The photos online doesn’t do them justice. They are absolutely beautiful, the color is amazing with the rose gold trim. I love how large the washer is, definitely bigger than what I had. For reference I’m 4’11”, I can’t reach the bottom very well but I don’t mind. Love all the settings and the SmartThings/Alexa connectivity. It washes my clothes very well and the cycles are not loud. I had Best Buy install and haul away my old ones. The delivery was seemless and the gentlemen that delivered and install were amazing. The connection on the back was cleanly and neatly installed with the stainless steal connections I purchased. So far I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service provided by Best Buy. My one complained is that the website erroneously stated a delivery date that was incorrect and I had to wait a little over a month to get them delivered.

I absolutely love this washing machine. I enjoy the smart option to program it through my phone as well. It is very quiet and efficient. I enjoy the many settings that it comes with as well. I would highly recommend this Samsung washing machine.

Extra large capacity washer has been amazing. The clothes come out very clean and the washer can accomodate large bedspreads, quilts, furniture blankets, etc. Runs quietly and smoothly. Highly recommend.

Super deep tub, it is very quiet and smooth running. Washer will handle any kind of loads. Need long arms or a stool to reach the bottom of the tub.

Arrived on time and I love my new machine! It's not loud. It has a large load capacity, and the color combo is chic! I love that I can syc to my Samsung phone and I will get alerts, when the load is done with it's cycle.

Honestly, one of the best washer and dyers I've ever purchased. Connecting the app was slightly difficulty but was eventually able to get it set up. I appreciate the features that help the up keep and its suggestions on the most appropriate wash / dry cycles. Its also rather quiet. Which was a big plus for me. Overall, Id recommend this washer and dryer.

These are huge. Like the biggest washer and dryer I’ve ever seen. Which is why got got them. Very highly recommended. Good clean and works with the smart things app.

Overall it’s a good washer only things I’d say is bad is that when use the deep fill wash it doesn’t use as much water as I’d like

Initial use is GREAT! We have done 4 loads so far and this unit is very quiet. I will update after more use, but initial review is better than expected. We have several Samsung appliances, and have been very happy with all of them. So far these are no exception.

This is the largest washer I have ever seen for home use. It easily fits a queen sized winter comforter with room to spare. Its so deep I have to stretch to reach the bottom.

Leaves our laundry fresh and clean as promised. The capacity is awesome we are able to do our entire laundry in just a couple of hours

This appliance has an appealing look and is very quiet. The basin is large enough to accommodate a queen size comforter, allowing room for an adequate washing.

We love our washing machine, it pairs beautifully with our dryer and laundry room. I love that I can receive a message on my phone indicating my laundry is completed.

I absolutely LOVE this washer! I chose the Champagne color and it is beautiful! There is no center agitator which is great because straps on clothes don’t get caught around it. A normal load can be completed in just under 1 hour. A twin sized comforter caused the drain to be blocked as the load was too heavy so just be mindful of that. I had to cancel the cycle, rearrange the comforter, and run a rinse cycle to drain all the water. There is a convenient spout for spot treatment before washing which I love because my laundry room does not have a sink. I am so happy with my purchase!

Very good, this is good washer very silent no big noice wash very quick. , complete dry after finish, very clean, my wife like this brand.
