I got this TV a day ahead of scheduled pickup :-)! My main reason for picking this TV is because I have a Xbox Series X and this TV also has the next gen 3.0 TV tuner. I upgraded from a 7 Series 7300 curve TV and there is absolutely no comparison. The picture quality on this TV is absolutely amazing. Not just on the Xbox Series X but I have watched a few 4K movies and the picture quality on the TV tuner is by far the best I have seen. If you are looking for a TV that is 120hz for video games playing and wanting the next gen 3.0 tv tuner then this is a great pick in my opinion. The only thing I'm not a big fan of is new remote control. Luckily my other Samsung remote works in this TV as well.

So i upgraded from an old 55" 4k Vizio E class from like 6 years ago. That tv had terrible glare and was starting to finally die so time for an upgrade! I did some reasearch but have always been a pretty big Samsung fan. Saw this was their newest model (looked at a Q90 and Q80 from 2020) and it had a dedicated anti-glare film so it was a no brainer. My tv is in a very well lit room with natural light that used to be killer on my old tv. Now i can have light directly behind me that, when tv is off sucks big time seeing a huge area of an open widow, but when powered on i no longer see anything but what is on the screen. And the picture quality is AMAZING! I'm seeing tons of new detail in my video games, like one of the "ok" bars in Warzone is actually a bunch of little blue circles all put together in a bar shape, not a solid bar of blue lol

I never thought there was much difference between models except the price so I went with a mid quality Samsung Smart TV about 5 years ago and it was serviceable. The backlight started to go and half the screen went dark. Samsung said I could take it to a service center for repairs but if it wasn't free I didn't feel it was worth it. I mainly didn’t want to wait and not have a television. I decided to buy a new one and did some research... I wanted the Neo QLED QN90A which seemed to be the top 4k model but didn't want to pay 1400$. Luckily an open box excellent certified was available somewhat near me for 998$!!! I took a chance and glad I did. Picture quality is amazing and sound is good even without a soundbar. The smart apps are great, so much better than my old TV and its blazing fast. It's connected via wifi with zero lag. I had to use an ethernet cable with my old one. I was skeptical about the open box deal but after I got it home it looked like the only time it was out of the box was to examine it. I may have gotten lucky at this price but this TV would have been worth retail imo.

This tv has an amazing picture and you can see it from all angles instead of just from straight in front. I was pleasantly surprised that it was so bright in our very bright living room!! Really really nice tv! I purchase a very spendy Samsung 10 years ago and it is still going strong and has a great picture but the picture on this one and the depth of color is just so much better.

For starters, it's a Samsung. That alone tells you you're purchasing a quality item. Picture quality, sound, and tasteful to the eye. Tv is as advertised.

Love everything about this TV. It seamlessly integrated with my Apple TV where I only need one remote. The picture color & resolution is amazing. Pairing with sound bar was simple, it’s just logical and easy.

Excellent image, the hardware is updated so the commands are fast and easy to use, the sound is good too if you considering just the TV

The picture quality is as stunning as the reviews convey (Rtings, CNET, etc). The tv is also very easy to set-up and use. I marveled at this tv for more than a week when it developed a light spot on the bottom left quarter of the screen (it's a little tough to see in the images because of light reflecting from a lamp). Best Buy could not exchange the tv because they do not have another in their inventory in the USA. Samsung is treating this as a warranty issue, but it will be at least another week before the local technicians have the parts to repair the defective panel. I do not know what I will do if they are unable to satisfactorily repair the tv.

Incredible picture quality! I like the built-in apps, I don't have to install them. It's like any streaming device already installed like Apple TV, Roku, Google Chromecast in one.

Best picture I have ever experienced! It feels like you are right there with the action. Top notch.

The Samsung Neo Qled 90 has a great picture and sound and lets not forget the price was amazing…also it’s a great looking TV

I got this TV specifically to use with older consoles and my RetroTink. This TV has no noticeable input lag and has brightness and contrast that, when paired with a good upscaling device, can give an image very reminiscent of an old CRT TV. This TV is also very suitable for bright rooms. The reflection from my bay window (which can be seen in the picture with the TV off) is not noticeable once the TV is turned on.

I like it though I have barely scratched the surface of its capabilities. Excellent screen with no objectionable marks or screen issues. The remote is great.

Clear, vibrant, and multiple hook ups. I am missing my RCA connections, but I found a work around. I added a Samsung soundbar.

I love my new TV. Samsung makes a high level product. I knew which TV i wanted but my local Best Buy did not have it so they informed that I vould pick up in sore same day in Eden Prarie.

This TV is amazing quality. You should enjoy Samsung NEO TV with Samsung Sound Bar. My family is very satisfied. The delivery was fast and the workers were very nice.

TV is amazing but tilting backwards once installed. Can this be remedied?

Works perfect on Xbox x series. 4k 120hz plugged directly in audio router back to a receiver.
