We are enjoying this TV immensely. We thought we might like a larger, curved TV to replace the 52-inch flat screen that had served us well the past four years, but this 65-inch curved TV is something else again. Whatever reviews you've read about the picture on curved TVs, only believe those that said it is great, because it is. There is much more of a feeling of being in a movie theater. The TV was easy to set up and get going. This one requires a support shelf at least 15 inches front-to-back, so make sure you have adequate support for it. But get one. You'll love it.

I went in on Black Friday to only look, but i bought this TV without even giving it a thought. I own a Sony XBR 4 that i love. Waited till i saw one that was better year after year. This is it, Amazing picture, love the curve 8 series, smart choice, can't shut it off. Best purchase i made in a long time. Thank You Best Buy, wouldn't buy anywhere else, The Magnolia salesperson knew what he was talking about.

Bought this tv for our living room and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Excellent picture quality. Our guest loves it. The curve doesn't effect the picture quality, you can actually see the tv from a side very well. Over all it's an amazing tv.

I chose this model tv over the higher level 55" inch bc online reviews talk about screen bleed and the model in the store had the same screen bleed. As for the tv I actually purchased, I love it. Great picture and sound and the smart remote replaced my much larger cable remote as well as two others. Refresh rate has been lagging a couple of times, but that is less than a second of noticeable activity. Console cabinet is a good piece of furniture. Nice and solid. Took a couple of hours to put together maybe. Some of the cam screws and locks don't fit perfectly bc it seems like the holes are slightly off. Does not present a problem when using, though will have to remember when moving it.

I liked this product because it is much bigger. It is easy to learn the new features and has an great picture views and feels like with a touch of a button its there!

I am very happy with this TV excellent quality of image, the 4K it's amazing, i love watching football and basketball on this TV. Works wonderfully with Netflix and Amazon Fire TV, strongly recommend

If I to have a complaint, it would be the remote. Going from a remote that has buttons galore to one that has very few is pretty challenging.

We already recommended this to a friend who should be in soon. Our instillation guy (Mike) from the geek squad was wonderful!

I love my TV. It's capability is endless. I love watching blu-rays on it and have yet to play a 4k.

White orbs all over no matter which setting I have it on. Very annoying to see white orbs through whatever I'm watching. This is tv number 2 that I am taking back. Maybe try a flat screen I guess. This one was 1,899.99

Had my eye on this t.v. for a long time and decided to purchase it when it went on sale. My living room is wide with couches on both sides and chairs in front. You can see the picture from any angle. The curve is much more than aesthetics. The picture quality is fantastic. Cable is only broadcast in 1080p, however if you really want to see something incredible, pop in a blue ray disc. It literally looks like you're in the room with the actors on the screen. Has great color, automatic dimming and satisfactory speakers for my liking. Overall a great set. Would buy one again and definitely recommend.

I am really enjoying this TV. Admittedly I am no expert. It is my first big screen TV. The picture is astounding...sharp detail, excellent color making it seem as if I'm actually there rather than sitting in my living room and I'm not even viewing things in 4K. The curved screen does seem to give the picture a 3D quality. I purchased the curved Samsung sound bar as well which makes for a very clean appearance and definitely improves the sound quality. I would recommend if mounting on the wall that a movable mount be used to make accessing the various ports easier. Based on the recommendation of the sales person I bought a mount that only allows tilting the bottom up a bit but it was a little difficult to attach the antenna lead which is located on the back of the set about 6 inches in from the right side. A full motion mount would have made it much easier. Installed by the Geek Squad and they did a great job!

Bought the 8500 curved 65 dec 26. As our main tv. Loved it so much. Replaced a lesser used tv with this (one model lower( the 7500. It is excellent in every way for the price point. Giving it 4 stars for 3 reasons 1-i own the 8500. And the step up in refresh rate IS noticable. 2- the 8500 has the break out module for all of its connections. Which the manual states makes it upgradable, idk about that, what i like about it is less visible clutter. And only a single cable to wallfish from the components to the hung tv. 3- and this actually bothers my wife quite a lot. The 7500s stand is center mounted with 'feet' that extend in a V shape from it. This makes it difficult to use a soundbar if the tv is on a surface and not hung. The 8500s stand are smaller Vs at either end. Allowing for the curved soundbar (which is beautiful underneath it to me) to nest. She really wants me to switch them because of this. I really dont want to. End of the day. The price dif is like 250-300. The picture and i guess upgradability of the 8500 are worth it. But if this is your price point it is definitely a quality picture with minor cons. The OS is identical as are the remotes if i remember correctly

The closer you are to the TV, the more u feel inside the movie due to the curve. I found it at a good deal after Black friday for $1299. If you can get it for under 1K, its a steal. So bright and clear pictures.

Great TV for a corner with its curved screen. Really nice picture with HD cable. Movies look really good. Wish it had a higher refresh rate. Action sequences tend to be a little blurred, i.e.. watching a basketball game. I see why the display in store shows slow moving images like water and mountain views.

I researched for about a year, and despite some not so nice staff at two locations, I did purchase the 65" 7500 series curved TV. Best Buy had it at a great price and the time was right and no interest for 24 months? Had to snap it up. The picture is incredible. The sound is actually pretty good, but I do use a soundbar when I watch movies. I have a Roku 4 installed and it works seamlessly. You will have to purchase a new HDMI cable that can handle 4K, as your standard HDMI cables won't really work properly; the picture will/can sputter with the traditional HDMI cable. All in all I love this TV and am very happy with my purchase. I did get the extended 5 year warranty and 0% interest plan on the BB CC.

The color and slower pictures look amazing. When watching sports it is very glitchy compared to my older samsung that need to be replaced under warranty. This one and my old one have motion rate 120 but this is no where near as smooth. I am going to pay the extra and go up a level so I can have the motion rate 240. It may not be as noticeable on a smaller TV but it bothers me to bad on this 65".
