Go to YouTube and watch some of the 8k videos... The screen is big. I've always had a big phone, but this is a phablet. It's too big for one handed operation, except simple tasks. The fingerprint scanner takes some time getting used to and doesn't seem to with correctly 100%. The video stabilization for the camera rattles inside the phone. I tried to take mine back thinking it was broken. Otherwise, this is the latest Android, super fast, excellent cameras and screen. Is it worth the price tag? For me it is, but I'm coming from an S8+ I had some they were new. I anticipate I'll get several years out of this one before upgrading again. P.S. the 5G is a major plus when you live in a metro area like I do.

It may seem heavy to some but for me it has substance. I've had a couple complaints about not being able to be heard while speaking on the phone. I find that kind of hard to understand how that could happen but for the most part it seems to work well. I do hope they continue to upgrade to camera system.

It is my 4th smart phone (3 samsung and 1 iphone) and i have really liked how it handles and its battery life. My only issue is both S20 ultras one my plan already have marks on the screen from things that havent caused damge to my other samsung phones. Neither scuff is too serious to warrant getting a new phone but definitely something to look out for. Would definitely recommend having a screen protector on it

I love the new camera. I love that I now know how to turn off Bixby (which is my only complaint about Samsung). I like that the s20 has options depending on needs, and they are also different sizes so if the 6.9 ultra is too big, maybe the straight s20 is more your size.
