awesome battery life, great screen, fast processor, wonderful camera

The staff at Best Buy were very helpful with the purchase, and setup. It was a very easy purchase. I have been very happy with the phone so far. It is easy to use, and very fast in response to app usage. The camera seems to be fantastic, but I haven't had a chance to use it much yet.

I'm not the guy that wants to go a new $1,000.00 phone everytime one comes out but I was due. I grew up on Android so I refuse to switch and I love photography so the new camera was what I was most interested in for those pics I can capture without my bag of cameras. So it has been worth every cent so for.

Camera is great battery not what I expected 5g service is not that much faster in the Atlanta area.

Awesome phone so far..the camera is amazing..SUPER fast as well..

So far this has been a good upgrade from my S9+. The camera has improved, especially the night shooting. Biggest complaint so far is the finger print sensor and the facial recognition lock. Neither work as well as my previous phone or my work phone (apple xr). There are instances where the finger print sensor just will not read my finger.... frustrating.

Love my new phone! It is my third Galaxy and I don't think I would ever use anything different. The camera is fantastic. I never thought I could ever take a picture of the moon with a phone! I've tried up upload it but it doesn't seem to be working where I am. The service isn't the best here, but trust me, it is incredible!

Best Buy service was top notch. We could tell how stressful it is to deal with so many customers asking random questions and testing the patience of Best Buy employees but all of them were patient and kind and did their best to help everyone. The phone itself is great with a large screen and camera.

this phone has been better than my note 10 + . I miss the spen but so far I haven't needed it. However I do not see where this phone warranted the extreme over price they were asking. For 1500 dollars it should do more. Or at the very least come with better accessories. Like a case or something.

We recently finally upgraded to this phone! It has been great. Picture quality is awesome, the battery life is great. The rounded edge screen i know is an issue for some but we bought the liquid glass screen protectors and a case and haven't had any issues.
