Best Buy sent me the wrong product twice. Wrong product in the website.

Very disappointed cuz it was a used one, with a broken seal.

Always had an iPhone but after having an iPhone from the 4s and to the iPhone 6. I got tired of seeing the same thing and very few changes in performance. Decided to give s7 a chance and I like the phone a lot! Love the camera and the water resistant ability. BUT the one thing that is making me HATE this phone is not being able to stream music from my USB cord in my car. I don't have Bluetooth in my car and the audio jack is pretty lame in quality. That is the only negative about the phone. I may end up returning it just because of that.

This is my First ever Smartphone. I've been using the basic cell till now. I find this phone to be GREAT, for my uses! I love the camera, Event features for easy fun. Super fast processing that allows fast loading on just about everything. Just great for everything I use. I don't use Samsung Pay as I would never have the information floating on my phone for anyone to steal at any time. The oculus is Great for this phone, I play something at least once a day. I have never used the Unlocked Version, will find out soon.

I was looking for a perfect gift for my sister who's traveling abroad. This phone is perfect as it is compatible with any android device and we'll known worldwide, which means that if something happens to it, she'll be able to repair it at any service center. Ordering was so easy, and the product was delivered on time!

After taking my beloved S7 on vacation and dropping it less than 3 feet into 1 inch of water the ear speaker failed completely. I called Verizon for a replacement since it was less than 60 days old. Water damage is not covered on water resistant phones even if they have the IP68 rating. So basically a phone that is advertised in a commercial promoting it being dunked in water does not cover it if there is water damage. They will allow you to send it in for repair. Now I have to be without my new $800 S7 for up to 9 days so that it can be repaired. Like most people, I use my phone for business and it is my only business phone. I was a loyal Samsung customer having an s3, galaxy note tablet, galaxy s2 tablet and now the s7 but after this I will not choose Samsung ever again. I love the phone but this was just the completely wrong way to handle this issue. I am glad to get it repaired. Buyers should beware.

This purchase was an upgrade from my previous phones. It works awesomely and have no complaints.

Received phone, it started with some things in Spanish. Activated AT&T then tried to install Samsung Pay. Says my phone is not compatible. Went to Best Buy and was told something was wrong with phone. Bought another one but it has the same problem. Take care with these unlocked phones, something is not quite right. Great phone otherwise.
