Comparing picture quality to my old phone is like the difference between night and day. Everything seems to work faster and battery life is excellent. I would definitely recommend this product.

Coming from a HTC ONE (m7), I was ready for something faster, sleeker, a better camera, a better battery, and better apps/accessories and with the Galaxy S7 Edge (Gold Platinum) I got all of that! The fast charger is awesome and the free VR glasses and Samsung exclusive apps were a great addition. I recommend it to everyone especially my iFriends. The camera is a great bragging feature. Can't wait until Best Buy in my area gets the charging stand pictured below.

I was hesitant at first then as of today I am very happy with the purchase, nice looking phone, specially when you can add 256 memory card for long videos and lots of pictures. Highly recommend this S7. Battery charges fast.

I thought that the edge thing was gimmicky at first. Now that I have one, it's actually pretty cool. I love the fast access to the things I need. Really great phone.

After close to a month. My phone developed dark stripes across the screen. Seems thisnis an issue with this phone. I have to send it in for almost 2 weeks to have the screen replaced as its a hardware defect that Samsung knows about. I have to purchase another phone while this phone gets fixed as this is my business phone and cant afford to be without a phone. Dont understand why they wont just replace my defective phone.

I came from a note 4 to the note 7, unfortunately I wasn't able to keep that one so I made the jump to the s7 edge. I have to admit I was a little skeptical of this but I gave it a chance and I love it. I charge it once a day and use it all throughout the day and haven't had it die on me, it's quick and I love the edge screen. The camera is good and I've taken my first 360 photo with it. It's a great looking phone though I would definitely recommend a case as to not damage it. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

The SG7 Edge is a beast. I love the battery life even especially on power saving mode. In ultra power saving it's like the battery doesn't want to budge. The camera is great, wish it had front facing speakers but that curve though sure is pretty. I've dropped this phone, without a case, from waist height and it didn't crack. I highly recommend a case though. Its very slippery and a nice slim case if you don't like bulk but want protection will do fine.

I'd had the Galaxy S3 since it first came out and it was starting to die, not holding a charge etc. Tried the Apple iPhone 7 for two weeks, liked it a lot, but didn't love it. BB had the Galaxy S7 edge, which I've wanted since it came out, on special over Black Friday-Cyber Monday weekend. I was able to get the phone I wanted, with a free Gear VR plus $50 worth of Occulus content AND a $400 gift card! I'm glad I waited!! The phone arrived in a couple of days and it is phenomenal! I'm on a Sprint plan and the call quality is great, features and built in useful tools are cool though I did disable some like Instagram and Samsung Pay. The camera is excellent, video is 4K, speaker for calls, music, YouTube etc is almost as good as the iPhone (which to me was it's best feature.) The screen for the S7 edge looks very cool, it's huge at 5.5", though it does take some getting used to holding it so you don't touch buttons when you're typing or swipping to text. The customization is endless; fonts, colors, themes etc etc. It's truly a mini computer. It was very fast on 4G connection and now that I finally have Internet (15mbps) this phone is lightning fast!! Streaming video to my phone or to Google Chromecast is a breeze. I would highly recommend this phone to anyone looking for a quality, high end phone that they use a lot like I do.

Had this for a year now and still enjoy the S7 edge. The Phone looks very modern. Calls in and out well. The display is awesome! The camera is pretty awesome too. Saw pictures on friend's S8, and see that the S8 is better especially in low light. I would imagine the S9 to be even better. Battery life still last all day with moderate use.

I really like the feel of the phone, it is light weight, sleek glass, and sound quality is good. It has a lot of options to customize the experience and the processor is super fast. If you're a gamer using older model androids you'll love the speed and graphics quality. It keeps up without lag.I wrote the same review for my AT&T phone but will note here that if you are on Sprint trying to use this phone you cannot talk and surf at the same time. That means if you are driving while using GPS and you get a phone call, you better park. When I found this out I was furious because I drive a lot for sales and I need to be able to talk and GPS at the same time. So, I switched to AT&T because they are currently the only carrier that can let you do both, because of their upgraded cell phone towers. Sprint and Verizon are behind on this addition. Hope this info helps the next person because I was surprised. But you'll love the phone.

This phone was a replacement for my galaxy note 7 which was recalled and even though i wish i had my note back this phone has exceeded my expectations. If your unhappy with the interface you can download Android 6.0 theme from the play store and get a totally different and in my opinion a cleaner more refined user interface which includes better app widgets and more functionality . You can also download the google launcher which replaces the original launcher which is clumsy and just not very good. The phone works as it should but i do miss my stylus. The S7 Edge also features a notification panel on the edge which will show sports scores, emails, texts etc when looking from the side but it is not very clear and you still have to kind of look at an angle to view them clearly. I would recommend this to anyone. The processor is very fast and when you click an item it is opened with the speed of super-girl! Also the camera is probably the reason i chose this phone over several others and i am glad i did! this phones pictures exceed what most people expect and comparable to a DSLR. It has several cool funstions like slow motion which is hands down the greatest thing ever.

Just upgraded to this phone from the S6. It gave me a huge bump in battery, an increase in speed and a better camera. Waterproofing is also a plus. I'd give it 5 stars except for the fact that Samsung included a bunch of bloatware that limits what could be stellar battery life. Still gets me through the day though.

My first smartphone was the original Samsung Galaxy. I became a huge fan of the brand and have stuck with them owning a Galaxy S3, Galaxy S5 and now the Galaxy S7 edge. I absolutely love this phone! Samsung never fails to disappoint me. This phone is super fast with an awesome processor, has the best camera that Samsung has had on the Galaxy yet. The screen is bigger than the S5 without being overly huge and the phone itself is actually very thin. minute I was a little apprehensive of the curved screen and its durability. however it has proven to be as durable as one can expect . I have a good case on mine and a screen protector. It has been dropped numerous times with no cracks no scratches. if you purchase this phone you will not be disappointed

Despite having Gorilla Glass, the case will crack if you drop it and it impacts on of the corners where glass meets metal. Other than that, this is an INSANELY powerful phone. Upgrading from a Galaxy S4, the phone is an improvement in every respect. First off, battery life is SIGNIFICANTLY improved, even over the previous S6. At last, Samsung owners have a phone where you don't have to worry about the phone dying or bringing a spare battery charger. It will last all day, even with moderate usage. The display: hey it's a Samsung. It is what they are known for, and their latest generation Super AMOLED display doesn't disappoint. QHD definitely trumps 1080p, and Always On display allows for a clock to appear on the display even when the screen is turned off without significant battery drain. Connectivity is also incredible with Tri-band LTE Plus. I've gotten speeds in excess of 50 Mbps (in Los Angeles). Lastly, the return of expandable memory was definitely missed in the S6 and one of the reasons I waited to upgrade.

Second best phone in the world

Despite her protests (my phone is just fine - I don't need a ndw one), I bought this S7 edge to replace my wife's old S4. She has been very pleased with the call quality (clarity and signal strength), and increased speed. She was initially put off by the increased size vs. her S4, but has now come to appreciate it, especially for showing off photos of the grand kids. She and her friends also have been astonished by the ease of use and quality of the pictures it takes as well. Good move by Samsung to return to expandable storage, BTW. Although I was hesitant because they didn't return to removable batteries as well, my wife seldom (maybe never) put the backup battery into her S4. Even better, the embedded battery in the S7 Edge holds a charge for a very long time (she can use it continuously starting at 8 a.m. and still be at 70% at 7 p.m.). The Qi quick charge feature further reduces the fear of losing battery power. Smartphones really have become our "multipurpose digital assistants" and this phone is a great reason why. Per the title of this review, I bought a Note 7 (the best phone in the world - also reviewed here on Best Buy) on Day 1. While I was waiting for the replacements to be released, I thought about just trading it in for an S7 Edge. Despite owning a Note 3 for three years, I never used the stylus that much and other than that feature, the lack of an iris scanner, and 32GB (vice 64GB) of internal memory, there's not much difference between the two phones. Because of the efficiency of Samsung's replacement process, I received my "non-exploding" Note 7 the first day it was available, but am confident I would have been very happy with the S7 Edge as well. This is really a great product.

So this is my first Galaxy, I have had two HTC Ones previously, but I decided to take the plunge and go Samsung. Obviously, I'm an android guy, so I will not go into comparing this to iOS or Windows operating systems. But as far as hardware goes, this is a great phone. The screen is very clear and crisp, i like the curved edges -- both in look and in how Samsung has implemeted menu functionality using it. The metal body is a feature I loved on HTC and was one reason I was willing to even consider trying this. Camera is good. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 is the sound. It's fine in earphones, but not so great on internal speakers. I do miss the forward facing HTC speakers and on highest volume, the Edge is still lacking. Nothing that a Bluetooth speaker doesn't fix, but still disappointing. Overall though, advantages outweigh the sound quality.
