GREAT PHONE UPGRADE FROM A FLIP PHONE. its easy to manuver and love the easy touch screen.

The phone is complicated to use, can't save picture to specific gallery areas, hot keys unruly and generally unfriendly to use at first.

Overall great phone, but keyboard has too much space in between characters

Phone is great! So easy to navigate around!! I would recomend it to anyone looking to buy new phone. I had to pay alot for it but its only because i didn't want to sign a new contract .

Very good Android phone, especially for the $. I purchased this for my mother. It took her a little while to get use to it, but it does everything as expected. Only possible complaint might be low memory (but that can be remedied with a memory card, so no problem.)

My first smart phone. Fear was that a smart phone was going to be complicated and intimidating to use. This phone is user friendly and I felt comfortable using it immediately. Only had the phone for a month so I am still learning how to use features but, you can figure out most thing easily. I have large fingers and was concerned about being able to text using the keyboard, that has not been a problem at all. Really like this phone.

this is my second smart phone and it is by far better than my last one. (htc hero) the hero was a good phone to me, while it lasted. samsungs speed and smoothness of the dual core processor are a great improvement.

This is a first smartphone for a teen and it works great so far (she has had it for 2 weeks) except for shutting down unexpectantly once. The battery life is my only complaint but then she is on her phone alot over Christmas break the last two weeks!

Overall a pretty good phone. I like most things about it. My only complaint is the touch-screen is very sensitive... I came from a blackberry, so I am not used to touch-screen phones... Perhaps this will just take some getting used to.

I would recommend this phone for any beginner first time touch phone user. Very user friendly.

This is a great phone for everyday usage. Easy to navigate the apps. Has excellent reception even in 4G.

Phone is good. I do not like the trial printed voicemail. does not translate very accurately. I do like the ability to get my emails from my phone.

I'm a long time Samsung customer and I found the Galaxy Victory to be the right size and not too heavy. Only flaw when not purchasing from carrier, make sure you get the SDcard to increase the memory. Overall, I can't complain when it was free.

The phone is for my son.good beginner smart phone. Just needs a little more on board memory but the sd expansion makesup for that.

I love this phone. I like the front and back camera. The music quality is much better and louder than any other phone I have used.
