I'm very happy with my purchase and the Storm Wash feature is a great addition. The standard wash time is a little long (just shy of 3 hours without the Storm Wash), but there is the express that you can add storm wash to that and it's just about 1 hr 10 minutes. It's a lot quieter than the decibels listed indicate...I really only hear the actual dishes as they're sprayed and of course the draining in my sink. Some dishes don't get cleaned, but I don't think this is the machine's error. It usually happen when you over stack your dishes, so they're not exposed to the spray, especially in express mode, so that's more user error. The door popping open at the end is kind of a nice feature as well, just make sure if your dishwasher is set under a cabinet or you have wood countertops to stick the steam shield on the bottom. You can measure the size and cut it out and stick it under your cabinet so you don't see it, but can preserve your wood. The song at the end is a little long and excessive, but there is a way to disable it; I haven't because it doesn't bother me, just my wife. :) The adjustable top rack is a very nice feature too particularly if you have taller wine glasses on top or taller pots/wider pans on the bottom. Like all dishwashers I have purchased in the past, you gotta love the stainless steel interior and the removable rack is nice as well. You can fit a day's worth of dishes inside, the caveat is that we're a family of two, so keep that in mind. I highly recommend this product for anyone. For the price, you get a lot of the 'bells and whistles' of some of the more expensive machines.

We didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a dishwasher so this was about the top of our price range and we couldn’t be happier with it. It is amazingly quiet, the controls are easy to use, and it cleans the dishes excellent. We haven’t had any issues with staining or stuck on food or anything and we don’t mess with prewashing in the sink they just get whatever is left dumped in the garbage and then go right in the dishwasher. Another thing I like about it is the adjustable height top rack so it allows you to fit larger pans or cookie sheets in the bottom better by adjusting the top up higher. The only thing I can’t speak about is longevity because we’ve only had it about a month but otherwise we’re very happy with it.

Got a full suite of Samsung in new house we bought a few months ago (not purchased from Best Buy but want to put the word out...Best Buy is awesome always!)...the applicants are partly the reason we bought the house...then 2 weeks in, we noticed a sewer smell In the kitchen from the dishwasher, so thought “oh yeah maybe I didn’t run the cycle hot enough or full cycle or something”. Wrong...we either have to run it every single day or the awful smell returns. I did some digging and apparently there’s a lot (30 pages worth of blog on the Samsung site on a single post) specifically about this issue. I checked all the things people suggested, from the drain hose to sanitizer cycles to double checking my sink drain (FYI sink doesn’t smell). Turns out there’s an issue with food and grease not getting flushed out of the system completely. Some folks reported taking off the bottom screen and seeing nasty water sitting there after a cycle. I will be returning my appliance before warranty is up and now I am looking for anything not good with the rest of the appliances so I can return them all. It’s a shame because I was really excited to finally have a full Samsung kitchen. Pretty ridiculous that it cleans good and is pretty dang quiet too, but then smells like sewer in 24-48 hrs.

I have read numerous reviews on this before purchasing it, and I am not sure why it has any 1 star reviews. It is relatively quiet and gets my dishes very clean. It was easy to install myself as well.

I buy my dishwasher and we installed right away was working perfectly i usually used every other day, yesterday i ty to turn on and no turn i check everything like they said in internet i leave the bracket off all night and turn back on in the morning and still nothing, so i call customer service and bcoz we installed they said i need to call a professional for give me a paper said is not working after that maybe i can call again, like i said is Not turn on , i told her no matter how is installed should be turn on and said any code, here we need to take a permit from the city to someone to come and installs cost that $150, plus we need to pay the electrician too for check the electrical, and the person to install so we r talking around $500 so the same price that cost new , so please NO BUY this mode i been doing some search and this model has TONS OF COMPLAINTS about this happening so often. Just i can tell u about my experience and how impotent i fell about it, I can’t do nothing just buy a new one and no samsung, i have before bosh and works for many years good.

this dishwasher is so quiet and clean so well, I absolutely love it. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a dishwasher that does an excellent job in cleaning and is very quiet while do so.

This is the most quiet dishwasher I have ever owned! It is super sleek too. Don't be a know it all, like I was though. Read the manual. The storm wash is an awesome feature!! Most dishwashers designate their own design as far as dish placement goes, and I have to say that I am very impressed with this design as it very generic, which gives you the freedom to put your dishes where you want them and to fit them in as you see fit. The racks are adjustable as far as being raised and lowered, which is handy for larger items that need to be washed on the top shelf. Maybe it is in my head, but the dishwasher seems bigger without the agitator spinner thingy in the middle. Even though there isn't a heated dryer setting available, the dishes are almost always dry or nearly dry after the door automatically pops open.

I absolutely love my new Samsung Dishwasher. It cleans, sanitizes and dries my dishes expertly. I also love how all of the dishes are dry when finished. It doesn't hurt that there is nearly no sound when it is running. Great buy!

I am a firefighter and have extensive experience with dishwashers at our firehouses. I was initially hesitant to get a Samsung after experience many problems with them. This dishwasher is a a cleaning AND DRYING! marvel. It cleans up after a family of four, two little kids, without missing a beat. Any dish left dirty is because it was loaded wrong. As long as I keep jetdry topped up everything comes out dry because it kicks the door open and has a fan that blows at the end of the cycle. The washer is really quiet but not so quiet you can't tell its running. I find completely silent dishwashers annoying because I always somehow manage to open it mid cycle. If your considering a black stainless dishwasher this is a must buy

The dishwasher, besides being quiet is very efficient. It also has many cycles to choose from, one being the fact that you only have to use the lower rack. This is good for our household because there is only the two of us at home.

this thing works great, every dish is clean every time whether it is fifthly dirty of rinsed off. it is quiet and super efficient. one of the best purchases we have made

Really like the "Storm wash" dishwasher. It is so quiet (48db) that you don't even know it is running and it cleans great. Upgraded to this dishwasher in the Samsung package deal and am glad I did. Love it.

This dishwasher is the easiest to load of any dishwasher I've ever had. That, to me, is a biggie - almost as important as how clean it gets dishes! I think it does an adequate job of cleaning but you have to be careful about how you load it. I've found that, if there are too many items on the bottom rack, some of the glassware and cups on the top rack will sometimes have a residue. For that reason, I gave it only 4 stars. I have to say too though that the door opening to help the drying process is genius! Overall I'm very pleased.

Our new dishwasher is quiet and does a great job. It is stainless steel inside and out so should not have any problems. Probably should have considered smug proof with small grandchildren.

Forgot how amazing it is to have a powerful and efficient dishwasher and this one is all that and more! My dishes have never been so clean and it is so quiet you cant even tell if its on and I love that!

Bought this dishwasher to replace my Kenmore that died after 18 years. Replaced all appliances with Samsung Stainless Steel appliances. Couldn't be happier. This dishwasher is quiet and cleans well.

This dishwasher is very quiet and efficient. It completely amazes me with the fabulous job on everything I have put in there so far. It is very well- designed and spacious. It sounds a chime when cycle is completed.

Looking for a mid-priced dishwasher option and this product was right on target. No issues with cleaning and was very impressed with how quite the unit was.....checked it a few times to make sure it was running.

Nice looking black stainless steel. Adjustable racks, pretty quiet. The wash cycles are long- 3 hours. It does a good job washing the dishes. The door opens at the end to help the dishes dry. When it does that, hot steam exits and rises up hits the edge of my counter. It includes a silver tape that I assume is suppose to protect your countertops. I am concerned that the moisture will eventually damage my laminate countertop.
