Great vacuum ! Would highly recommend! The mopping is not quite as good as the vacuum.

This little machine is amazing. It does a good job of keeping my floors, neat and pretty, especially since I have two little dogs that like to shed. This is my fourth Robo-vac of some sort, and by far the best of them all.

Best addition to our home! We have 2 dogs and it has saved us so much time in cleaning. Best part is being able to walk around without socks and know your feet won’t be dirty when you sit on the couch! Definitely recommend

Overall very good vacuum. Object detection is great. In the last 2 months the only issue we have had is the vacuum robot not being able to return to his docking station.

I've always bought iRobots, but the last one ends up returning the iRobot. I'm trying this brand for the first time and I love it. The vacuum and map all rolled into one

Useful for keeping my tile floors clean while living with several pets that shed a lot. I got a protection plan with it in case my dogs damage it. So far it cleans very well with monthly dust bin maintenance and weekly mop refill maintenance. You can probably get by longer if you are not having it clean daily.

The Shark PowerDetect ThermaCharged robot vacuum and mop felt promising right out of the box, but I did not fully appreciate it until I watched it run through its first full cleaning session. I have about four hundred square feet of mixed flooring that needs attention, and by the time it was finished, the battery was sitting at roughly 55%. That alone gave me a good sense of its efficiency. I could actually see the difference on the hardwood as the mop passed through.
For once, a robot mop left the floors looking freshly wiped instead of lightly dampened. The heated wash and dry cycle in the base keeps the pad surprisingly clean between runs, and I never noticed that muddy gray residue that other robots I’ve used can smear around. It has become a set-it-and-forget-it part of my routine, and that is something I have not been able to say about any mop-capable robot I have used before.
Daily vacuuming performance has been dependable, too. It picks up crumbs, pet hair, and grit without fumbling around, although you do not get any manual suction control in the app. It uses its own power settings automatically, which is fine most of the time, but still something to note if you prefer more manual tuning. Build quality overall feels solid enough for regular use, but it is not overly stout or premium. It feels like a practical appliance rather than a flagship, but this isn’t terrible so long as the robot actually lasts. The app fits into that same description. It is totally passable and does everything you need for basic room selection, scheduling, and routine cleaning, but nothing about it stands out as a highlight. It works reliably, but it is not the polished or feature-heavy experience you get with some competitors.
The one thing I had to adjust to was the size and weight of the base. It is big. Much heavier than I expected, and it demands genuine floor space. Once it is in its spot, it becomes an easy, permanent part of the home, but you definitely do not want to move it around often. The tradeoff is that the heated mop wash and dry system is genuinely useful, and the robot’s overall performance makes the footprint easier to justify. Watching it work its way through the living room while I get other tasks done has made it a dependable part of my weekly rhythm.
Overall, this specific Shark does exactly what I hoped a hybrid robot would do. It vacuums well, it mops better than anything else I have tried, and it simplifies the routine in a way that feels meaningful. If you can handle the oversized base and do not need a feature-packed app or super rugged build, this is a reliable vacuum and mop combo that actually delivers on everyday cleaning.

I always had irobots and this is my first shark. It bloes irobot out of water. It does not get stuck. It drys the mop effectively, hence does not smell.

I've had this for 2 weeks now. I vacuum and mop 4 days a week. I haven't had any issues with the Shark so far. It's nice not having to change the dustpan out for the mop head like the older Shark machines. I'm glad I bought this. I would do it again. Very nice sale right now.
