I am so impressed with this one, easy setup and mapping works like a champ this was the perfect upgrade to my old one.

We bought this just to help manage our dog’s shedding (golden retriever). And it does it well enough. It’s not perfect, if you want perfection, this misses spots. But it’s a lot better than having to vacuum manually every day. The app is just okay. You can only schedule 2 activities a day, so if you are trying to break up jobs into multiple sections, it’s not really possible, you have to get it down to 2 things per day or tell it to clean manually. It does a good enough job avoiding obstacles and not getting stuck. So far it’s only been stuck once. It ran into a towel near the laundry room and couldn’t get out. When that happened, we had to put it back on the base. And it was a mopping run, so the mop was wet, but I didn’t see an option to manually start the drying process in the app. The thing is: it’s a lot of money, for not being nearly perfect. Yes, it does what I bought it for. I got it on sale, and I would buy it again for that price. But if I didn’t have a golden that sheds like a golden sheds, I don’t think I’d be nearly as happy with the purchase. Would I recommend it? Maybe. Depends on what you’re looking for.

This shark robot works really well. It vacuums and mops, however, this is a replacement for my first one which lasted 10 months and then stopped working. I had taken out a 4 year extended warranty when I purchased the first one. It was pricey but I am glad I did. When the first one quit I boxed it up, returned it to Best Buy and they replaced it with a new one.

We got this for our upstairs, especially for getting under the bed. It took us three tries to get the mapping right. Finally, once the mapping was done, we designated 3 separate zones. We were surprised how much dirt was in the bin after only one pass. The water was pretty dirty too! I like that you don't have to empty anything for about a month. You may need to add more water/solution if you use a lot. If the robot starts to lose battery power, it will tell you it's going back to the docking station to recharge and will take up where it left off. You can also see on your phone all the areas it cleaned, so you know if it went where you wanted. Super easy to set up "no go" zones where you might have a bunch of wiring. We did tape down our electric blanket cord and it has had no problems. Highly recommend. Would have given it 5 starts but I'm not very patient and it takes quite a while for the robot to map out your area! Lol.

So far this shark robot has been amazing! The only thing I wish they would add to their app is to start when I leave the house. I have had a few other robots like the overly priced Roomba’s that I spent more time with tech support than it actually vacuumed or mopped. I love that this shark will refill the water reservoir, you do not need bags for the dust bin. It’s really quiet as well.

We purchased this item because we had the I-robot vacuum and needed the mop also. We had a few questions in the beginning, but now I think we know what we are doing. Love the item so far.

We have had several robot vacuums over the years, and this one has been the best. It is quiet, vacuums thoroughly, and although I was skeptical about how well the mop feature would work - it does an excellent job. We have 6 dogs that all shed, and run our vacuum on a daily schedule, sometimes twice a day. Our floors are cleaner than they've been in years. Worth every penny!!

Best robo vacuum I've ever purchased. Works seamlessly usinf the Shark app. Scheduling is easy and it maps the floor layout very accurately and precisely! Mop feature is a game changer considering it auto cleans, attaches the mop pad and cleans very well!

Set up was fairly easy. Had to prime the water dispenser multiple times before it would work properly. That was frustrating and there was not any direction on how to complete. But the vacuum and mop now does an awesome job!

Takes some figuring out. Frustrating at first. Nuances of programming you have to figure out that instructions don’t tell you. Spent a fair amount of time online. But, after I got it figured out, I will never not have one of these. No furniture damage. Never has gotten stuck, it can always get undone. My floors have never been cleaner. It makes vacuuming fun!

This machine is a beast and worth the money. Runs quietly and once it maps your household it is very dependable to clean thoroughly.

This is by far my favorite purchase in the last few months! The shark robot vacuum and mop cleans so well and makes my house smell so good for when i come home! It its amazing if you have dogs that shed like i do, it gets all the dog hair that woukd normally be floating by on the floor when i come home from work. The built in air freshener to the base station is such a nice touch so when it dumps from the vacuum to the station a nice smell comes out instead of that gross vacuum smell you woykd typically think of. 10/10 have recommended this product to everyone i know with pets!

The vacuum is a good valve but the app sucks. I don't know why Shark can't get a better app? I have tried several Robot vacuums and all of them have this issue. Don't know what's up with their mapping on these things but before I invest in it they will have to get this fixed. I took mine back and purchased. A Eufy x10 pro omni. That one has a way better app mapping system!

Very Impressed with the quality of the vacuum and mop job that it does. Unit took a while to get it setup, and then it has to map the entire house which also took a while. Once that is done, we set it on a schedule, and it just works. We appreciate the extra helper while we are at work. We caught it on sale which definitely helps the happiness from a cost perspective!

This is my third robovac but the first one with mopping ability. I totally love it. The machine automatically fills with water and cleaning solution, empties both dirt and dirty then cleans and dries the mopping pad. All I have to do is empty the bins periodically and refill with fresh water and solution. If I don’t do it in time the machine audibly reminds me it needs water. It can’t get much easier than that. Mapping was super simple, getting it right the first time. I love that I can also have it spot clean or clean only specific rooms. The software is easy to navigate. I couldn’t be happier with it.

Very good at mopping but subpar at vacuuming. Map your home good and takeaway some chores. The biggest issue is the very bad app.

I hold my reviews for truly remarkable products. Although I have only been using this robot for about a week, I could not be happier. I thought my carpets and floors were relatively clean, this Shark definitely has proved me wrong.

This is our 4th vacuum robot and this one is by far my favorite. It does an amazing job! Its so quiet and I love how it lifts the mop up when vacuuming the rug and go over thresholds. I highly recommend.

I’ve had “Tony Shark” for a few weeks and my floors have never looked better. 5 pets in the house and I never have to deal with litter crumbs or hair anymore. Even my man gave in and said it was better than our old Roomba. Super easy to set up and understand. You put in on a schedule and forget about it.

Overall very good, very useful to have the product that vacuums and mops, great cost benefit, it is silent (we have had other brands that are noisier) the only problem I would say is that the mops do not vacuum some spots. Some considerable sized dirt (for example grains of rice) are left behind
