    I have owned this robot vacuum/mop now for about 1 month and very impress with its cleaning abilities. For years I had owned IRobots but this one far exceeds any of the IRobots that I have owned.I like the fact it vacuums the carpets first prior to installing the mop pad so that all my pets hairs don’t get stuck on the pad. The only complaint I have so far is the dirty water tank needs to be empty often mostly due to the smell from the dirty water.

    The unit works well but 4 months in the nozzle that fills the unit with mop solution broke off. Shark immediately sent a free replacement with no hassle at all

    I am so happy i bought this. It saves me so much time. I have two dogs that are always in and out and drag dirt in. I run the shark every orher day and it keeps the floors so clean. My house is over 2500sq feet so it does take multiple reips for the shark but i dont mind. Can be a little loud at times is rhe onky draw back.
