Try to find a better shelf system for $200.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My Sharp exec micro system is hooked up to an old 10" Radio Shack powered sub woofer and makes enough noise to be heard anywhere in my small 3 bedroom home. It's my primary system, and is also hooked up to a TV in a 400 sq ft living area. While it does not have the power or sound quality of a component system with high quality speakers, this system is transformed when used with a powered sub.( I can't live without bass) And with 50watts/ channel peak- it should respond nicely to a speaker upgrade, which I intend to do, but for now it is serving its purpose quite well.
