Easy to set up and add to your SimpliSafe system. Tested it with water and it worked as intended.

This sensor offers some pretty cheap peace of mind. Just set it on the floor next to your sump pump or water heater and you're ready to go - it's that easy! Better yet, it takes about a minute to add to your system. I tested mine by adding a small amount of water to the bottom of a bowl (just enough for the sensors to engage). I immediately (and simultaneously) received a notification call from SimpliSafe and thru the app.

Setup so simple connects quickly to your existing system. I (installed) set it next to sump crock. Im going to purchase more for under my sinks and behind my washer and dryer. And one can do it

Small and easy to setup with your Simplisafe system. Just add to the base unit and place where needed. Placed where I wanted to be notified of any leaks and let them work. Not much to them.

It was easy to open it up and add it to our existing system. Place it by the water heater so we will be saved from flooding if it fails.

Provides peace of mind for home plumbing projects. I tested it out and got an immediate notification to my phone and the base station started alerting and did not stop until I acknowledged and cleared the alert.

I bought several of these. One for a basement and one for use near my washer. Adding them to my system was a snap and I can manage them, like other sensors, on my app. I did a test on one and it triggered the alarm right away. Thumbs up.

I never saw a use for this item, until I had the water line to my refrigerator break overnight, and woke up to my house being flooded. If I had this sensor under my fridge, I would have been notified, and immediately shut off the valve, before I suffered extensive damage due to pooling water. I now have these sensors under all sinks and appliances that use water to operate. I highly recommend for anyone.

I purchased the SimpliSafe Home Security System and found out that I could link a SimpliSafe Water Sensor to my system. These were easy to set up. I have placed them near my hot water heater, laundry room and under my bathroom and kitchen sinks. These sensors will set off the main alarm base once they detect any water. They offer me additional piece of mind while I am away.

Set up was easy but I hope it never sends an alarm!

It truly gives me a peace of mind to be able to have a warning if my water pump isn't working during heavy rains.

Seems fine so far. Easy to set up . Haven’t tested yet though

I haven't tested it and luckily it has not alerted me to any water issues yet, but it's a great little device that I place in key parts of my basement to warn me of water leaks. A few years ago we had a torrential downpour which allowed rainwater into my basement. Wish I had them then, but now I've got (4) of them.

Great addition to my SimpliSafe system. Placed this next to my hot water heater for extra peace of mind. I have two other water sensors and haven't had any issues with them.

I haven't tested this or had a leak (thankfully). It was easy to add to the system. It's very small and easy to place where needed.
