Very polite, knowledgeable, and got the job done fast. I was told on the phone it was going to be 4+ hours and they had it done a little over 2.5hrs, when I need to update my CD player or put amps in I'm taking it to them! They said the speakers I picked out for my car were top notch and the best brand! :)

Best Buy can vary as much as any other place. I personally know and have met some Geek Squad CarFi installers who are fantastic and dedicated, and I've also met the more incompetent end of the spectrum. Dalton Blake “Auto Tech Installer II” did a fantastic job! His knowledge and workman ship was excellent. I had a stereo installed in my 2011 Toyota Tundra SR5 “Pioneer MVH-S622BS & four Rockford Fosgate R165x3 6.5 180W 3 Way Speakers”. I highly recommend Geek Squad in Hot Springs Arkansas.

The guy who installed my speakers actually fixed my door handle as well!!!! It was estimated for a 1 hr 30 minute job, and I was out in about 45 minutes! And everything was better than when I gave him the key!! Recommend their install team 100%

I had speaker installed Honolulu branch and I had to go in 3 different times. 1). The speakers mounts were not installed properly so it made my door panels rattle. 2). The speaker connectors were not crimped properly so they came disconnected first ten minutes after another 2hr install. 3.) waited 3 hrs and they still couldn’t fix rattle on doors. I went to Aiea geek squad and they recommended dyno mat and it only cost $25 for both door panels. They solved the issue with in minutes and worked on my car for 2-3hrs and came out with clean crisp audio and they didn’t charge me for install since it was there Best Buy audio in Honolulu that couldn’t figure out the problem.

I was upgrading my car speakers from stock to Pioneer brand and I actually could only buy one pair at the time so I had them installed on two occasions. Best Buy was great throughout. I paid for everything at once so all I had to do the second time was make an appointment. The installer, Angel I believe, was fast, gave me advice on other products and did a quality job. He let me test them before I left and gave me the old speakers to keep. He said if I ever sold the car that I could come in and have him remove the speakers and install the old ones again. And there's a lifetime warranty on my speakers meaning if I ever have any problems with them I can go to any Best Buy in America with my receipt and they'll fix it, which I have done at a different Best Buy already and they were perfect.

I recently upgraded my speakers from OEM as my driver’s side speaker / tweeter appeared to have burst. I bought some alpines which have good sound (treble) but even after installation the tweeters continue to make the same sound even at low volumes. Previously when my original speakers were working even at high volume they didn’t make those noises. I went back a second time and was told its normal even though the burst speaker sound persisted at lower volumes. They team was nice and willing to help. But im not sure that the speakers are supposed to sound like that at low volume. Overall unsatisfied

Setting up the initial install was fine, but when we had to made an edit to what they were actually going to install BB fell apart. We tried to modify online, nope. Tried to call the local store, nope, got transferred to a call center in Arizona, put on hold for 40 minutes, then told we cant do it over the phone. Went into the local store, they made notes. When we arrived for the actual install it was still set as the original request. BB gets an F for that. However, John, the installer, was able to accommodate the change as long as we could leave The vehicle for a few hours. He did a great job installing speakers in an 04 Tacoma (the rears are a lot of work). BB gets an F, John gets an A for recovery and quality install. Ironic, I don’t think John is actually a BB resource! Moral of the story, be sure you know exactly what you want them to install. If it changes (say you buy more equipment from them) you might have to set up a completely different appointment for it.

The guys did a great job! Very nice and knowledgeable. I have 16 speakers to replace (including two subs, one under each front seat). I scheduled and they said they needed the car for a full day. When i got the car back I couldn't even tell they were in it. Everything put back together in proper order - 2 months later not a rattle or loose piece. I was not happy with the long wait for scheduling (a month wait), but the guys did a great job at a great price and I thank them for it. Note: I am a Total Tech Support member and having that paid huge $$$ dividends on a 16 speaker install.
