The team at Best Buy went above and beyond installing my power amp and speakers. They also fixed previously crappy install by another stereo place - so I was especially happy. Just great quality work at good price

The install team completely exceeded my expectations. They are very knowledgeable and they listened to what my needs were for my antique, custom automobile. I could not be any happier with their attention to detail and workmanship. I highly recommend using them to do installs.

Installer told me it might take about 2 hours. He called me well before the 2 hour mark to tell me it was ready for pick up. Speakers sound great!

Techs and install were outstanding!!! Have been there for all my purchases and installs. Techs were extremely knowledgeable on all items. Very satisfied with Daniel and Eric.

Tim at Best Buy Boca in the installation Dept is tremendous . He is a very experienced installer and knew exactly what I needed to do to replace the blown speakers in my Toyota Camry with the JBL factory system. Other stores just wanted to sell whatever 6 x9 they had without thinking about the factory amp and speaker impedance . Tim suggested 4 JBL speakers which are a bit above 2 OHM impedance which fit. He also rewired the rear speakers to separate the tweeter from woofer to work with the factory amp. My car sounds fantastic and I trust him for my future car stereo needs.

Agent Logan did a great job and I am looking forward to seeing him soon to install my door speakers and reverse camera also Isa came down to talk about my alarm and said that she would call me back however I have not received the call yet about the alarm installation overall it was a pleasure speaking with her and I'm sure that she will take care of the rest of the installation of my alarm from cardot which Ford advised as a replacement upgrade. I bought a package deal at Best Buy. I purchased a Kenwood car receiver, a set of 6x9 speakers and a set of 4x6 speakers. The installation was perfect and the system sounds great !!!!! I am very happy with my purchase

I had a good experience with Gavin installing my equipment for me in my car at the Orange California location. Gavin is meticulous he takes his time and he does an outstanding job. Everything was clean and he went the extra miles to make everything look like it was stock. I would definitely go back and have Gavin do installations for me. He installed component speakers in the front doors, 2 ways in the rear doors, and an amp and a powered subwoofer in the trunk. Thanks Gavin!!! My stereo sounds awesome!!!

These guys are absolutely top notch. I've had multiple products installed by them including an after market receiver, 6.5 door speakers, and an amp 12 combo. High quality professional work and I would highly recommend.

My whole experience with the Geek Squad installation started off horrible at the Costa Mesa store. I have an older European car and I wanted to change out My original stereo with a more up-to-date Apple CarPlay system and two new 6.5 inch speakers . I first went to the installer at the Geek Squad garage and asked him if it was possible to do it with my car and he reassured me that it was easily done. Needless to say it wasn’t easily done. After having my car there 3 different days for eight hours at a time and having to buy an Alpine amplifier to make all the speakers work the stereo still was not complete. It was obvious to me that the installer at the Costa Mesa store was in way over his head with my European car. He is a great kid and I don’t blame him he’s just unqualified for all cars. The management there should do a better job of recognizing that and making sure that there’s multiple installers available. He was used to working on more basic type stereo and speaker installations. I brought this to the attention of the manager in charge at the Costa Mesa store and she apologized and pointed me in the direction of the Tustin Best Buy store. The annoying part was that I had already wasted three full days trying to get this stereo installed that was only supposed to take one day originally and the manager instead of giving me a discount, a credit ,a gift card or something she basically just said “yeah sorry he wasn’t more qualified “ SMH Then I found out that there was an expert Installer at the Tustin store so I took my car to the Tustin Best Buy. There I met Robert and he was amazing. From the very beginning Robert knew what the problem was and how to fix it. He did say it was going to take some time but he would have it all working exactly as it was supposed to. Robert is by far the best audio system installer that I have ever met. He handled everything and even fixed some things that were originally done wrong. His knowledge of his craft is unmatched by anyone that I’ve ever met. Best Buy should have Robert training all the new installers so they know exactly what they’re doing before they waste a couple of days of somebody’s time . I would give Robert 10 stars if I could but since this is an overall review I can only give it three stars because of how bad it started off. Thanks again Robert !

Very fast and great but they should inspect speaker quality

Seho the Geek Squad technician was the best!! To start he greeted me as soon as I got there. He also called me too inform me that the speaker wire had corroded and that there was nothing wrong with the speaker that showed me that he's a very honest person!! He took his time to make sure my Dodge Ram 25 year old door panel wouldn't get damaged. Hands down I would recommend Geek Squad installation

After having to cancel multiple appointments due to rain I was finally able to take the Camaro into Best Buy for Eric to instal a radio, speakers, amp and backup camera. Eric was a pleasure to deal with and performed a super clean install on the car. Since the Camaro is a super clean hot rod, I really appreciated Eric’s attention to details during the install. The car also looked very clean when I picked it up. Can’t say enough about how happy I am with this experience!

To start with, I had my appt. days mixed up and showed up a week early. Even though the tech was about to end his workday, he stayed and installed my speakers. Very professional, totally happy with the install.

I was a bit hesitant to sign up for the Geek Squad total tech service but I couldn't be happier. I had previously purchased new speakers and stereo for my car thinking I'd DIY. Months later... I decided to try Geek Squad instead. Amazing service with Zander. Install was faster than expected and he stepped me through how everything worked. We paired and tested my devices. He even said they can remove everything and put the old back in if I didn't like them! That's crazy! I'm impressed.

Got a new stereo for my Chevy Silverado pickup truck. Asked for advice from the Geek Squad installers, and I was directed to the best bang for my buck ! I got six JBL speakers , a 10 inch subwoofer, two Alpine amplifiers and a Kenwood radio with satellite radio and blue tooth. I had it installed with Geek Squad protection and no interest payments for 12 months for around $900. Now I go for rides just to crank the stereo! Really good, So glad I did it !

The guys did a great job. I usually do all my own installs but decided to take a break this time, jus sit back and enjoy the final results. That’s exactly what happened, they were open to my ideas regarding amp placements and were helpful in my choices of speakers to accomplish what I was looking for in quality. Wiring was very neat. After they were very knowledgeable with assists I gotta me with making tweaks and fine tuning the sounds.
