They did a good job for the most part. I just wish I was contacted before they cut open a hole to fit the new speakers. Now I can never put in my old stock speakers again if I want to resell it. They also forgot to reconnect one of my door handles so I can't use it. The screws were not attached properly to the subs and the flooring. But it all sounds amazing. Very friendly guys.

I took my Honda 2016 to change the sounds in the rear doors. Alex the technician of Best Buy, Porter Ranch working on the back installing the speakers. He was very friendly quickly and professional. He was very nice and explained the issues in terms I could easily understand. He also prioritized the problems and suggested ways I could save money on the installation. The work was completed quickly. I will never go to another shop for repairs or installation.Highly recommend. Thanks Alex. Thanks Best Buy.

I went to the Best Buy in Wheaton, Maryland for an install of back speakers and consultation to upgrade my sound system in a 1999 Nissan Maxima. The customer service was excellent and so was the installation. I have schedule another appointment for July and have referred friends to the B.B. in Wheaton for their installation needs. Great customer service!

Install of the speakers was fact, efficient, clean and proper. None better and totally professional. HIGHLY recommend!

The customer service was great. The employee who installed the stereo explained what it could do, was patient with me and still asked if I had any more questions.

Installed in my dons car but wanted the pioneers in the rear deck due to freq. range and jbls in door but they flipped them. Sound good but pioneers had a lower freq range that would have benefited from the trunk space. Overall pleased.

Excellent team of service installer. Only the problem is that it takes month to get an appointment for installation after you purchase the parts. There is another problem with this store that mosquitoes were everywhere that created an unsafe work environment to the employees. I myself called OSHA and the vector control of the county to report the mosquitoes problem. Otherwise, you have a good team.

I have had a new receiver installed in the past and it was perfect, so recently I went back and had all my speakers upgraded. I had the same great service again. The installers at my location are the best employees there. Period. They even assisted with my purchase, which I prefer to a blue shirt. My advice, give Ryan a raise. If he opened his own shop, I would go. He was very busy, but also very friendly. And, above all, honest.

I had best buy install the cd player ( jvc 920 bts ) I bought there AND I had them install my Rockford Fosgate 5x7 speakers (that I already had) in the rear panels ! The install tech (JEFF) did an outstanding job !!! He had to cut the soft board in the rear panels and virtually make a mounting back piece for BOTH speakers ! I was TOTALLY satisfied and excited with his precise workmanship and knowledge ! Very Professional and unsurpassed quality !! Thanks again Jeff !

The agents installed the speakers in my step car with great care. We were so pleased. They even took time to explain everything.

The technician (Ariel) was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He installed two new speakers in my doors of a Subaru Forester. He determined that their was a horrible buzzing sound coming out of my right door speaker as I thought was the problem. The installation was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend heading over to the Jersey city Best buy if you need any work done on your car. Thanks Ariel!

First of all the price of this installation is ridiculous. $80 for 2 speaker installs? $160 for 4? No. I had the "expert" speaker installer work on my 2000 Volkswagen beetle and I had to return the next day because of his mistake. When the driver side door panel was put back together, the technician did not make sure all of the door controls were back in working order. To make a long story short, my gas cap release control was not attached correctly which caused me to manually release the control and return to best buy the next day for them to fix it. I was shocked and appalled at the attitude I received from the employees after explaining the situation to them. The employees did not want me to return that day (I guess running out of gas isn't a big deal to them). And then stated that I "owed them one" for letting me bring my car back to have them fix what they messed up. My gas release control was fixed, but my door lock controls don't seem to be working the same since the installation. Also, my passenger side door hadle has a crack in it that was not there before. Needless to say, do not choose Best Buy Geek Squad for your speaker installation.

Perfect install and in less time than estimated on the BBY website. Would definitely return to this location for future installs.

Brandon, from Lady Lake Florida, installed my Amp, Sub, and two sets of Speakers. Sub and Speakers purchased from Best Buy but the Amp I had to get elsewhere. He did a great job and took care to ensure everything was done correctly and to my liking. I am very particular about my car, so it was very nice to have someone who takes pride in his work and installs things correctly.

Geek Squad installed my new rear speakers and they sound great. The team was efficient and very professional in handling my installation. Appreciated the instructions and technical advise about the install and how to best use the equipment.

I would like to believe it is because I'm a Total Tech member that I get treated with the utmost of respect and that the employees always seem to go above and beyond - but I don't believe that's true. I believe Best Buy just hires good people who always do the right thing.
