They did a good job for the most part. I just wish I was contacted before they cut open a hole to fit the new speakers. Now I can never put in my old stock speakers again if I want to resell it. They also forgot to reconnect one of my door handles so I can't use it. The screws were not attached properly to the subs and the flooring. But it all sounds amazing. Very friendly guys.

Installer told me it might take about 2 hours. He called me well before the 2 hour mark to tell me it was ready for pick up. Speakers sound great!

I went to the Best Buy in Wheaton, Maryland for an install of back speakers and consultation to upgrade my sound system in a 1999 Nissan Maxima. The customer service was excellent and so was the installation. I have schedule another appointment for July and have referred friends to the B.B. in Wheaton for their installation needs. Great customer service!

Isidoro did a fantastic job installing my dad's stero, speakers, and backup camera. He took time to explain how everything works. He was even able to get him in sooner than the original date scheduled. Isidoro provided excellent customer service, thank you!

I had best buy install the cd player ( jvc 920 bts ) I bought there AND I had them install my Rockford Fosgate 5x7 speakers (that I already had) in the rear panels ! The install tech (JEFF) did an outstanding job !!! He had to cut the soft board in the rear panels and virtually make a mounting back piece for BOTH speakers ! I was TOTALLY satisfied and excited with his precise workmanship and knowledge ! Very Professional and unsurpassed quality !! Thanks again Jeff !

I think I've met one of the nicest, most knowledgeable car audio experts in my life! He was kind and explained a lot of things about my car stereo (even though he was installing speakers). Get your car stuff installed at the Forum location. Highlyrecommended

Excellent team of service installer. Only the problem is that it takes month to get an appointment for installation after you purchase the parts. There is another problem with this store that mosquitoes were everywhere that created an unsafe work environment to the employees. I myself called OSHA and the vector control of the county to report the mosquitoes problem. Otherwise, you have a good team.

I have had a new receiver installed in the past and it was perfect, so recently I went back and had all my speakers upgraded. I had the same great service again. The installers at my location are the best employees there. Period. They even assisted with my purchase, which I prefer to a blue shirt. My advice, give Ryan a raise. If he opened his own shop, I would go. He was very busy, but also very friendly. And, above all, honest.

Excellent job on the installation. They did an install for me 10 years ago in another WORK TRUCK and it has NEVER HAD ISSUES so it was an easy choice to return to have another system installed in another work truck.

First of all the price of this installation is ridiculous. $80 for 2 speaker installs? $160 for 4? No. I had the "expert" speaker installer work on my 2000 Volkswagen beetle and I had to return the next day because of his mistake. When the driver side door panel was put back together, the technician did not make sure all of the door controls were back in working order. To make a long story short, my gas cap release control was not attached correctly which caused me to manually release the control and return to best buy the next day for them to fix it. I was shocked and appalled at the attitude I received from the employees after explaining the situation to them. The employees did not want me to return that day (I guess running out of gas isn't a big deal to them). And then stated that I "owed them one" for letting me bring my car back to have them fix what they messed up. My gas release control was fixed, but my door lock controls don't seem to be working the same since the installation. Also, my passenger side door hadle has a crack in it that was not there before. Needless to say, do not choose Best Buy Geek Squad for your speaker installation.

Installation was professional, they answered allbthe questions we had, and the service was done in the timeframe as promised. Very happy!

They did an excellent job installing the speakers. They took the door panals apart and put them back together after installing the speakers perfectly. It took them about an hour or so to do it. Which is an average time for speaker installation.

The technician (Ariel) was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He installed two new speakers in my doors of a Subaru Forester. He determined that their was a horrible buzzing sound coming out of my right door speaker as I thought was the problem. The installation was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend heading over to the Jersey city Best buy if you need any work done on your car. Thanks Ariel!

Very impressed with my speaker install! They did a great job. Super happy with it! I didn’t have to wait long to get it scheduled, and the installer was quick and efficient and I didn’t have to wait long on the day of install.

The install technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He offered speaker installation during installation of a different item, and I appreciated it.

Brandon, from Lady Lake Florida, installed my Amp, Sub, and two sets of Speakers. Sub and Speakers purchased from Best Buy but the Amp I had to get elsewhere. He did a great job and took care to ensure everything was done correctly and to my liking. I am very particular about my car, so it was very nice to have someone who takes pride in his work and installs things correctly.

The radio, speakers and backup camera installation was fast and well done. Everything worked perfectly and they took the time to show me how everything worked. Great job by the GEEK SQUAD!
