would highly recommend them to install any car audio upgrade very professional the gal that works there (sorry can not remember her name) is so knowledgeable and nice to work with I will always go here to have things upgraded on all my vehicles

I brought my car in to have new speakers put in. My car was taken in on time and he was very professional. Explained everything to me . He had it done around the time he had told me 2 hours. Very professional and knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend going to best buy in Attalboro mass to get your car worked on.

Completed in the time they said it would be done and detemined that two of my old speakers were blown. They look and sound great. Looks like original install, component woofer and tweeted in front and 2-way in back, bought sound loads better. Bought The annual Texhnology service plan which covered all the installs. Would do again!

They replaced my front door speakers fast and easy. Kickers made a better sound than what I had.

My speakers were installed fairly quickly and I was pleased with the results. Unfortunately I did have to go back because there was a loose cable that didn’t have anything to do with the speakers but a cable attaching them from my car was defunct. They replaced it quickly and I was out of there Even though I had to go back for that quick repair I would still recommend this service

Had 6x9 installed didnt like the speakers and had them taking back out. Which was nice. They take them out for free if your not satisfied.

I brought my new truck in to get some speakers put into my doors, I didn’t feel comfortable doing it again myself in a brand new vehicle. I believe my installer was Tyler or something along those lines and he did a awesome job, they sound good and I can’t tell at all that he even pulled my doors apart to do it. I was able to keep my old speakers for a reinstall if I need it

After I made my appointment for a few days later, I was in and out in less time than anticipated. They prechecked my cars functions before the installation and advised me of any abnormalities. Made me feel good. I came out of the Pasadena store smiling at the great installation. I highly recommend coming here for your automotive stereo needs.

The installation was pretty quick and very easy for me. The employee was very transparent about the process and was very helpful.

Installed 4 speakers, sub woofer, amp and bass knob. Samuel did an amazing job with 5 star customer service. Outstanding communication and top quality of work. Highly recommend this location and installer!

The only complaint. The Johnson Creek store is 2 miles or so from my house. The store sent me to Gresham store for installation because they didn't have an installation technician. During my installation at Gresham. They actually trained the Johnson Creek technician on my speakers so they could fill the empty spot. My ⛽ there and back was a cost I shouldn't of had to spend. That's all.

im really happy with the guys that did the work on my car they are great they know their jobs very well, they did an excellent job very polite i felt very safe and assured that they would do a great job and they did. and it was done faster than they said it would be. overall i am very happy, THANKS GUYS !

J was my installer and i couldn't be happier with his knowledge and honesty. He did speaker and stereo installation for my WRX many years back and everything is still holding up. He didnt pressure me into anything and kept it 100%. I would definitely recommended you ask for him on your next installation, i know i will. He installed 4 JBL speakers on my 18 Sentra SR fyi.

The guys in the Best Buy Car Audio department, Well what can I say. How about Freindly, Helpfull, professional and Effective. I went with my son for his graduation gift and we got his set up and he could be happier. New speakers and Amp for his Subaru. these guys did great.

The agent installed speakers in very little time much faster than I thought it would take.

Geeksquad tech installation at BB Fairlakes did an awesome job with my 2012 Suzuki SX4.. they install 2 pairs of Alpine Component speakers.. And they sound amazing.. the installation was top notch.. they charged me for just materials.. installation was free and I brought them my own speakers which I bought from Amazon.. Total Tech Support package is excellent!!

I felt that the geek squad leadership was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the install and product. Alex explained what was needed and was not trying to up-sale anything. He gave only suggestions and let me decide. The key to success was that Alex was approachable and caring. Very Good customer service.

When I arrived the tech told me the items to be installed was a longer appointment service then time allotted for me. I explained the 2 hour drive to get back and that I had to be back in Salida at the time he had available on Monday to return. He worked hard and got all the work done during my scheduled appointment, and I ecstatic with his job.
