The installation on my truck took a long time to schedule, however it was done while I was away on a hiking trip. When I returned I was impressed on how clean the installation of everything looked, sounded and performed. If you are ever at the Jantzen Beach Best Buy pray you get Ethan to be your installer, very knowledgeable and polite.

The install was done very quickly. The Geek Squad crew was professional, friendly and they gave me advice on any future upgrades I might like to make to my vehicle. I’ll definitely be back for any further jobs I need done.

The Agent was of great help even when I first decide to by the product, so he recommended the right device with my available budget. He did an excellent job on the installation of the Pioneer CD/RADIO and speakers. He also gave me instruction on how to set it up, if I wanted to change any settings. The installation was done quick and clean.

Geek Squad did a fabulous job on the install that has a very clean look. So much it looks like it came with the vehicle. They were on time with completion and gave my daughter a quick tutorial with how to use. Highly recommend the geek squad!

I had to come back to the install shop a second time because the proper cables for my front speaker install were not ordered.

I am disappointed with the installation in total. When the install was finished while listening and noticing poor reception, I was told the antenna wires were frayed and needed replaced. Also, the speaker installed in the driver door didn't work and I had to take the door apart any fix the problem.

The installer was honest and Up front with the work that he was about perform and save me quite a bit of money. At the same time, recommend your service.

I was completely satisfied with the install of my kicker 6×9 car speakers. A professional experience for sure.

Great service in the auto area. I recently had new speakers & a cd player added to my auto. Geek squad did a great job in both instances. Install went smoothly & was completed sooner than estimated in both events. No extra, hidden charges added on. Techs were very helpful & easy to deal with.

The installation technician was experienced and knowledgeable. We appreciated his complete survey of the multiple installation components prior to beginning. He was thorough and explained the components we had purchased and how they would / would not work with our vehicle. I would recommend the technician at the Hickory, NC location. This was our 2nd installation with this tech.

The technician installed front and rear speakers, did a great job, and was done an hour sooner than estimated. Will definitely use Best Buy again for any audio installs.

Geek Squad has installed five or six different sound systems in our cars. GS has performed service in a timely manner, with superior performance, very friendly, helpful, & dedicated to excellence in customer service. Part of sound system install for mustang base unit. Sub woofer, bass amp, and new speakers. Sounds awesome.

These guys did a really clean job. I tried to pick out my system online. They helped me return some parts and ordered others. It took two trips to the installer, but they were able get me scheduled easily.

Service was great. The technician explained everything he did and what my next steps should be.
