It is always a pleasure getting car installation done at our location. The guy is super helpful and very nice. He really knows his stuff and does a great job. One of my other cars needs some speakers and Best buy with their installation service will be the golden ticket.

The automotive tech replaced the OEM rear door speakers in my Explorer. It took him 1/2 the time that he estimated and he did a great job. Definitely worth getting this done by someone who knew what he was doing rather than having to buy door panels when I screwed them up.

The Installer, Michael, pays attention to every detail and does an excellent electronics/installation job through and through. His knowledge of auto-electronics, professionalism, and dedication to customer service make him by far, the best installer in Northern Virginia! I recommend him without any reservations whatsoever.

The tech Adil was awesome. Workmanship is superb. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of different speakers and options and made sure the finished install was to my liking. Couldn't be happier with the upgrade.

The installer was so helpful he explained why the original speakers that was installed 2 weeks ago stop working. He also explained the warranty process of the original speakers. I was impressed how he help me understand what went on with my speakers. He did not take long replacing the new set. The process was easy, quick and informational.

The techs did a good job of explaining what they were going to do and an accurate estimate of how long it was going to take. There is some more work that I have to do to complete the audio upgrade in my vehicle and they gave me good recommendations on what I need.

This was a speaker install for my son's car. It was done as promised and the technician took the time to instruct my son on his new stereo operation. A piece that I ordered for the speaker install was the wrong part, but the technician was undaunted. He found the correct part, installed it, and worked out the bill and credit for us in a professional manner. He was very helpful.

these guys at the holyoke mall store really hooked me up . had appt. for radio install but also needed speakers so i asked if maybe they could install them also,was told if they had time they would try, well they had time but my speakers wouldnt fit so they recommended some 6 by 9 jbl and wow they sound great. thanks guys

I bought some Kenwood speakers at an incredible price. I was thinking about installing them myself, but after looking how much work it would take, I decided to let the Geek Squad do it. They installed both front door speakers. Both speakers work great and there is nothing out of place. They took care of it in about 90 minutes.

I got a full car audio setup done at Best Buy. I had 2 experiences. One with the salesmen and the other with the installer. At my location the only person really knowledgeable on the product is the installer who is typically unavailable in the back. I wish the salesmen knew more... As far as install I loved it. My setup works great!

Jeff was my technician at the Merrillville store. He was unbelievable knowledgeable and did one hell of a job with the installation. Never over sold me on products and was honest and upfront with everything. Highly recommend him for any car installation needs you may have.......

Installation went smooth, nice they had TV for me to watch while I waited instead of staring at the wall.

I had front and rear kicker speakers installed. The quality of the install was perfect! I had my complete system updated the tech support really know what they are doing executing their duties with the utmost competency and professionalism.
