Kenwood installed. Had to return car because wires was rubbing together making vibrating noise when music played drown out sounds Return car they did fix the speaker wires. Also they tapped into my brake line cause my brake light to remain on and they have yet to honor their mistake and this is aLex SC430. Reached out to management no response!! Still waiting

Staff made no assumption by allowing me to make my final decision on whether or not I wanted any cuts made to my classic cut for the radio installation which had me choose another radio last minute to keep my classic car in tact and staff was able to guide me with the correct radio needed

My speakers were installed in a timely manner. Excellent service and price. I would go back again to install my amp. Everything works fine. Installer was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I got tired of trying to take the door panels off my car and considering this was included with my total tech membership this was a good deal I brought my own speaker wire adapter and speaker ring so I didn't have to pay anything at the store

My only criticism was that the Best Buy in my area was so backed up that it took about a month for them to get to the job. But once there, the technician was really great, had the job completed quicker than estimated, and took especial care with the interior of the vehicle.

These guys/gals are really professional and they guarantee their work. It’s easy to tell that they know what they’re doing.

Best Buy needs to do whatever it takes to keep installer Zack employed until he retires. Zack doesn't need installation instructions for ANY vehicle. He put my two rear speakers in my Crown Vic in less than 45 minutes! Easily the best money I have ever spent on a car audio install EVER!

Wilson NC's Best Buy Store's new car installation tech is a guy I highly recommend, he totally went beyond the call of duty to get my car speakers working right , with no complaining , or grumblings, when one speaker went out , he just fixed it I say to him and Best Buy Thank you.

I will make the extra drive to see these guys for all installations in my car. They went above and beyond on the speaker installation. They even helped me fix a broken window switch that would have cost over $200 at the dealership! I can't say thank you enough for the speaker advice, workmanship, and customer service.

geek squad were awesome as usual. Speaker installation went great and the stereo that they installed before working excellent. Quick efficent service and so polite. I would definately use the geek squad again!!!!!

Adil (?) was awesome! Helpful but not pushy when I was trying to decide whether to install my original speakers to replace the Infinitys that finally gave out...or buy new ones. Was able to install the next day, very prompt, very professional, very nice and helpful.

The techs a the Chapel Hill store quickly and neatly replaced the satellite radio antenna in our van, The tech also recommended upgrade speakers for use with our OEM radio, which greatly improved the sound. The speakers were quickly and neatly installed while I waited.
