Great Speaker install from trained techs . Would buy again

Very helpful, professionally done. Great customer service

I like the store and like the techs, my skill level regarding car audio doesn’t allow me to rate or determine their abilities, but I will say the team is ultra friendly and very service oriented. I’m happy with the treatment as a customer as I work through my car audio desires.

Kenwood installed. Had to return car because wires was rubbing together making vibrating noise when music played drown out sounds Return car they did fix the speaker wires. Also they tapped into my brake line cause my brake light to remain on and they have yet to honor their mistake and this is aLex SC430. Reached out to management no response!! Still waiting

Shaun/Shawn, not sure of spelling was great , took the extra time to fit me in his busy schedule, was very polite and professional, Hyannis ,Mass best buy at cape cod mall, wish i still lived there, i would def go the best buy for any car installations as long AS shaun is still there and in charge of that dept

The install was done ahead of time and without any issues.

geek squad were awesome as usual. Speaker installation went great and the stereo that they installed before working excellent. Quick efficent service and so polite. I would definately use the geek squad again!!!!!

Staff made no assumption by allowing me to make my final decision on whether or not I wanted any cuts made to my classic cut for the radio installation which had me choose another radio last minute to keep my classic car in tact and staff was able to guide me with the correct radio needed

Josh is always amazing and sets me up with exactly what is needed. He is one of the best assets the store has, and that should be recognized by the company.

Shane at BB in Hagerstown MD is absolutely awesome. I looked around at other shops to install my speakers but he was the only person who listened. The second time he has done work for me. He is the best.

My only criticism was that the Best Buy in my area was so backed up that it took about a month for them to get to the job. But once there, the technician was really great, had the job completed quicker than estimated, and took especial care with the interior of the vehicle.

Factory stereo upgrade, went well, will be back again

I bought the total Tech package planning on using it multiple times for multiple projects but this was the first test run speakers were installed appointment time was kept everything smooth and good so far..

The agents fixed my laptop and installed speakers in my car. Each service took the normal amount of time and the results were fantastic and my subscription of WEBROOT is keeping me safe while on line.

Installers were professional, install was great and they also addressed some other requests pertains to the car dashboard. My only gripe is that I had to drive to a store nearly one hour away, when there are BB 10 min from home.

They did a great install and Sound amazing in my 2002 cadillac escalade great value for the price.

Bought new speakers for my car and Best Buy installed them. They did an excellent job and sounds much better! I highly recommend.
