Troy at the Rockwall,TX location is 100% on point. He listened to what I wanted and installed exactly as I wished. Gave me recommendations for specific parts that would make the install better overall, cost was minimal. All my cars will go back there. I had two systems in two cars done there.

The geek squad was behind when arriving at my appointed time. Therefore it took longer than originally quoted to install my speakers. The speaker install was good and I’ve had no issue since installation.

The installation on this stereo was perfect. I would definitely use this best on Colonial again for a stereo install in my car. They are very nice are quick to install and keep you informed. The look is fabulous and you can't tell they installed anything in you car. Clean install no wires can be seen.

Installation cost is for two speakers. So if you bought 4 6*9 then you will need to double the price. Which that was more clearly stated prior to install, I would have done it myself disregarding my vehicle warranty that's left. But the guy was great clearly defined his work and what will be done.

Mike installed the JBL speakers into my Honda S-2000. He was most careful with installation. This is a relatively rare spots car, in top condition so I did not want any screwups. Speakers sound terrific and Mike's installation was exceptional. Thanks Best Buy and Mike!

They were courteous, accommodating, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sure that my installation was flawless. I will definitely go back to them for future business!

the geek service was good except for screwing up my brand new truck radio i bought there and cant use the phone bluetooth which i bought it for in the first place !!! i will never buy anything there again or my family.

upgraded door speakers in a 2013 Honda. They work great and the tech performed a great job on installation in less than a hour.

Guys did a great job installing 4 speakers in my Leaf. Great deal on the speakers also from Best Buy and they sound great. Installers were even able to use the factory bracket that was already in the door panel. No chance of any rattles with speakers. Very happy with install.

The tech who installed the speakers was amazing! 5 stars for him. It was a great experience until going to pay. The customer service where we paid were rude people (one girl and one guy) and racists and lazy and no one was even at the counter for almost 5 minutes while waiting to pay.
