We brought a vehicle to replace the two front factory speakers that were blown. They did a great job with everything, installation, timing, explaining things to us properly and answering any additional questions we had.

I purchased a pair of speakers and installation from Best Buy.The installation was completed quickly, and the speakers sound great.

The installer did a good job on my install. Unfortunately my install was an ! 1/2 delay due to the customer before me added more work on her vehicle that was not scheduled, so I think she should have only been allowed her work that was scheduled and had her reschedule the extra work so that my install would have been on time.

The agents that installed my car speakers were very friendly and very prompt on the installation. They did not waste time at all and knew exactly what to do. Would recommend geek squad to anyone getting tech installed.

The Geek Squad crew who installed my speakers were super helpful and attentive. Prem, my installer, was amazing. He definitely deserves a raise! They were very thorough and my speakers sound spectacular!

Nice technician but he advised me he wasn't having the best day AND I COULD TELL. a customer should never sense that. I was initially told the install will take an hour and a half but it only took about 30 minutes which was wonderful. However if it was an hour and a half the waiting area wa not available. I literally had to sit outside on a loading dock to wait on my car. I do understand the new covid stipulations however if my appointment is at 5:45 I should be guaranteed a seat to sit in for my appointment. Not to mention I was the only person there.

Michael at HIP did a very good job installing whole new stereo, amp, speakers, for 2005 jeep. The sales person sold me 4 pieces for the install that was not needed and Michael refunded me so very happy about that.
