Chris Darville, Best Buy car audio installer, does excellent work and is very careful & caring about the cars he works on. He installed Pioneer 6.5' speakers, 12' Pioneer subwoofer & enclosure, & subwoofer amp. All sound great & wonderful installation job.

Frank was very knowledgeable about the products that he had that would fit my make and model of vehicle. He even exchanged products during the install due to a problem with the fit. I withheld a star because they ran 2 hours behind schedule. I also need to call and ask him to adjust something as my driver window doesn't drop all the way into the door now.

Nice technician but he advised me he wasn't having the best day AND I COULD TELL. a customer should never sense that. I was initially told the install will take an hour and a half but it only took about 30 minutes which was wonderful. However if it was an hour and a half the waiting area wa not available. I literally had to sit outside on a loading dock to wait on my car. I do understand the new covid stipulations however if my appointment is at 5:45 I should be guaranteed a seat to sit in for my appointment. Not to mention I was the only person there.
