Went from turtle beach head set to astros a50 to these and the sound quality is great on both headsets but my only issue with the a50 was random time it would disconnect and you would have to dock the head set to reset the connection. The steel series I’ve never had any issues and I’ve recommended this to many people and they are very happy

I decided to get these for PS4 after having Sony pro wireless & hyper x cloud core alpha. These are great but high priced. I like the Bluetooth capability a phone call doesn’t interrupt a gaming session. Also being able to listen to music or a video directly is nice. Highly priced but so far worth the money PS4 slim users make sure your tv has a audio optic port or you will have difficulty hooking up.

These headphones sound great. They're easy to setup and battery life is really good.

Wireless range is adequate for the average house. The two batteries are easy to switch out in a few seconds, so you never have to use this headset wired. The only thing I wish was better is the sizing. With the headband all the way loose, it is still a bit more tight than would be perfect. I do have a bigger head than the average person though, so I don't see this being a problem for most.

Very good build quality. Comfortable to wear and the sound is amazing.

These are a great headset all around but my only complaints on why they are not 5 stars... Ear cups are slightly smaller than I do like. (Razor headsets usually have great room if you have large ears) The volume rocker on the back will get moved if you are resting your head on pillow, which can be annoying. Again a Great headset but not sure if they are worth the price tag.

It last long before the battery dies the bass is lacking a tiny bit though

I ended up returning these due to the microphone being too sensitive even with the windscreen on them. Tried latest firmware and settings without it getting much better. They would pick up coughing/sneezing/dog whining from across my single story house. The sound on them was AMAZING, and if someone doesn't care too much about sounds being picked up every now and again, would be a great purchase.

Great sound, great mic. The standard earcups are fine and do a good job of keeping your ears cool during long sessions, but I spent $8 on leather earcup replacements and MUCH prefer their feel. The second battery is a fantastic idea and works well.

Love this headset I can wear it all day without issue and having 2 batteries to swap between is just the best! This is my second one not because it broke but just because there was burn in on the DAC, this version has a screen saver in order to prevent the burn in now. Can't recommend this headset enough!

This is a really expensive headset! That what I said to myself when I went to purchase these. After giving them a test run I didn’t think about the cost any longer. They hype on this headset it all true. Sound is good, battery life is excellent, mic boom is just fine. You will have buyers remorse until you set them up and put them on.

I'm coming off my lucidsound ls40s and I couldn't be happier with getting the Pro Wireless. If anyone has any recommendations for custom EQ settings I would love to see them. I've looked online and haven't found any unfortunately

I've had the Elite 800 and went to the Astro A50s afterwards. These are like both those put together. Fantastic feature set with unbelievable sound. I think mic volume could be better but it's functional. But the sound... When the first explosion playing BF1 hit, I literally jumped not realizing just how loud and impactful it'd be on these.

I am doing a more full in depth review soon for my YouTube channel, but long story short, i replaced my Astro A50's with these. The bass isn't as strong as the A50 but the features and clarity is better. Also, no signal drops like the A50.

Forget the rest, this headset works with all consoles as well as PCs. It sounds very good, is comfortable for long playing sessions and due to the optical input, it's very flexible. We tried them all and this was the only one we could get to work with all three. Highly recommended.
