Sunbeam Mixer Disappointing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchase the mixer in December 2006, and In April 2010, a gear stripped out or something, and it no longer worked. I did not over burden the machine. Never kneaded dough. Did not use in stiff cookie dough. I used it quite a bit for cakes and creaming sugar and butter, whipping cream, etc. I thought it would last longer than 3 years and 4 months.

It mixes well and everything stores in the mixing bowl neatly, so it saves on cabinet space and keeps me from losing stuff.
