George C. Scott is superb as a widow, not only haunted by the memory of his dead wife and daughter, but by a mysterious presence in his new house as well. Having discovered that he has recently moved into a haunted house, Scott's character is bent on finding out the spirit's identity and what is keeping it attached to the property. It involves a decades-old crime and a very prominent member of society and the ghost won't rest until the truth comes out. Not your typical spook story.

The Changeling doesn't quite get it's due outside of hardcore horror fans for being one of the best American made ghost films. George C. Scott gives a masterful performance in this truly terrifying tale of the supernatural. I also have to say this movie has never looked or sounded better. The people at Severin did a great job, as always, make this cult classic look better than it ever has.

The Blu-ray provided excellent sound and picture. This is one of the best mystery/ghost movies ever made. George C. Scott is the star of the movie and does an excellent job acting. The story itself is well written and keeps your interest. If you want to be scared and entertained then buy and watch this movie.

The Changeling is a classic horror genre ghost movie. I’ve been waiting for a long time to see it on Blu-ray. The story line & acting it one of the best ghost stories on film. The overall quality of the film is improved with blue ray.

The Limited Edition actually comes with a Blu-Ray/CD of the score instead of a DVD like the description says. A lot of other movies have borrowed from this for years. This movie is a must see for anyone who likes a good ghost story.

This is one of the all time best scary movies out there. The acting and suspense is superb. The blu Ray it self is top notch with all the bells and whistles of a special edition. Very recommendable!!!!!!

This was one of my favorite scary movies growing up. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a copy (even in DVD format) and was having no luck at other sites, but was able to find it right away at Best Buy.

This movie is a great chilling film. I enjoyed watching this with my wife. This item also includes its soundtrack disk. Which I thought was creative. This is a must have for any movie collector.

Wonderful movie. This may be an older movie but it's from when they knew how to do great horror movies instead of being dependent on blood and guts. If you are truely a lover of the horror genre you will like this movie.

This movie scarred me as a child. The seance scene has got to be the most effective scare I’ve ever watched. So so so so so good!

Classic and classy ghost story! George C Scott was acting his butt off! If you want a good old fashion ghost story, this movie should definitely be in your collection!

This movie is a great haunted house flick with some good twists, combine this with Severins limited edition packaging and you have a winner.
