Anyone who has done a home remodel will appreciate how hilariously funny this movie is. Tom Hanks and Shelly Long are perfect as a couple who have no idea of what they have gotten themselves into when they buy their first home.

Hanks best work since Big...and classic Spielberg...this movie deserves HOF movie induction!

What a great movie! This movie is even more funny having worked on a project with a client who literally lives in a "Money Pit". Great comedy and slap stick! Shelley Long and Tom Hanks make a great team in this film.
