They charged me $179.00 and didn’t even show up. I called corporate, emailed, and called the local manager and no one would even answer the phone. I had to physically drive to a store to get someone to talk to me. Texting me the day before to confirm I’d be there for the arrival window then no-showing the day of is beyond unacceptable. On top of that, it’s going to take them another 2 weeks to get someone out here (if that person even shows up)

No I am not a disgruntled customer, just a totally disappointed one. I have been a total tech person for 7 years and have spent over $8,000 with Best Buys. You cannot call the store. When you call the Geek Squad I find they send you overseas or whoever answers the phone does not speak good English.
Hired Geek Squad to install a 85inch tv and to fix my great room theater which Geeks set up. They are specialized that 2 different crews on 2 different days. Window is 7am-7pm but they will text you day before (if you are lucky).
Received a call from Eddie that they will be at my home between 12 & 2pm. At 4pm I texted Eddie where are you, no response. Again at 6pm, no response. Went to store to see what was up and nobody knew anything, but they would have store manager call me in the morning. Again, nothing. Waited till 2pm Friday as I had the home theater repair the next day. 20 minutes later the manager finally came out and said they did not want my business, and I would get a refund. What great customer service.
Will never go back to Best Buys as they are the Worst Buys with no customer service and could care less if you shop there or someplace else.

Terrible job. Terrible is being nice. They mounted a “new” tv that never should have been mounted and literally just left and said “sorry good luck”. I need my $ back or a tv soon

The installers were so professional and made the job look so easy.kept me informed of their arrival and worked so quickly. Pray they will come back when I need more installs
