WOW, I WAS SURPRIZED AT HOW QUICKLY MY TV WAS INSTALLED ON MY WALL. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND DID IT WELL. AMAZING WORK. THANK YOU

Two gentlemen came in on time and quickly mounting my TV. Mess and trash all cleaned up. I only wish they ran the cables through the built in hidden cable ports in my wall.

The installation went smoothly, and the TV looks great. The technicians were very professional and explained everything thoroughly.

They were here prior to time. Finished in no time at all. They had extra parts with them to install. I was very satisfied

The guys who mounted the TV were great! They got the TV mounted in a short time and made it look easy. They were very friendly and professional.

I was told by the salesman that the installers would hook up my new 83" LG OLED TV and make sure my Sonos sound system was synced up. They took down my 75" Sony, placed it in my hallway and left. I had no idea how to manage the features (including the AI part). They also removed my bracket saying that they would suggest a new one that they had in their truck for $170. they said that they were only allotted 35 minutes per install.

Great service, courteous and cleaned up after the job was done. 100" tv mounted no problem at all. All this was included in the purchase price! To that I say a job well done best buy.

Great consultation and execution, very thoughtful in recommendation. The site should just include the upcharge for outside installments vs finding out when they arrive.

I paid $191.91 for installation and mounting, and I wish I could give this zero stars. This was a gift for my grandmother and the tv was not set up correctly by the best buy technician. When we complained about the picture, Best Buy told us that it would cost more money to send someone to help- even after we paid nearly $200 to have the tv installed correctly in the first place!! Terrible customer service. Best Buy also told us that we couldn’t return the tv, even though the return policy also clearly allowed a return until 1/15 with original packaging. Fortunately, we eventually figured out that the HDMI connection was done incorrectly and solved the problem on our own. Would recommend not paying for this service. If you want your tv installed correctly, just do it yourself.

The two guys did a great job, and i was mostly unavailable as i had meetings scheduled, they needed minimal guidance.

The 2 agents worked so quickly and efficiently. Mounted the large TV with surround bar and programmed for me.

He included service was very professional and clean. Insulation was timely and I was up and running within a couple of hours.

The agents mounted and connected my flat screen to all devices, hiding cords perfectly. They made certain that everything worked properly before leaving.

Agents mounted my tv and hid the wires. Service was super quick and professional - gave recommendations on where to hang
